【摘要】：國(guó)核壓水堆CAP1400示范核電廠的循環(huán)水進(jìn)排水壓力管道采用玻璃鋼管外包混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),該結(jié)構(gòu)具有玻璃鋼和鋼筋混凝土的特性,符合電廠冷卻水設(shè)計(jì)需要。通過(guò)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的選型、施工邏輯、管道的安裝、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、高爬坡段以及穿墻套管封堵等施工難點(diǎn)的總結(jié),為大口徑玻璃鋼外包混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工提供參考。
[Abstract]:The circulating water intake and drainage pressure pipe of CAP1400 demonstration nuclear power plant adopts the structure of glass-filled steel tube encased concrete. The structure has the characteristics of fiberglass and reinforced concrete, and meets the need of cooling water design of power plant. Construction logic, installation of pipelines, construction technology characteristics of concrete structure, high slope climbing section and plugging through wall casing are summarized, which provide reference for the construction of large-caliber FRP outsourced concrete structure.
