基于氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用的帶電清洗劑組分及揮發(fā)性能測(cè)試

【摘要】:目前廠家生產(chǎn)的帶電清洗劑產(chǎn)品性能差異較大,給安全高效開(kāi)展高壓絕緣子帶電清洗劑清洗造成了隱患。為此開(kāi)展了帶電清洗劑組分和揮發(fā)性測(cè)試,利用氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用(GC-MS)技術(shù)分析得到了4種帶電清洗劑主要組分和含量,對(duì)清洗劑組分的物理性質(zhì)和化學(xué)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了比較,并對(duì)它們的揮發(fā)性進(jìn)行了測(cè)試和定量分析。結(jié)果表明:4種清洗劑中,1號(hào)帶電清洗劑的組分除四氯乙烯(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為65.35%)外還有二氯甲烷(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為15.69%)、長(zhǎng)鏈烷烴(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為15.05%)及極少量的丁醇(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.93%),2號(hào)和4號(hào)帶電清洗劑的組分分別是三氟三氯乙烷和四氯乙烯,3號(hào)帶電清洗劑的主要組分除了三氟三氯乙烷(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為93.13%)外,還有少量的丙醇(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為6.87%);4種帶電清洗劑中,3號(hào)帶電清洗劑揮發(fā)速度最快,4號(hào)清洗劑的揮發(fā)速度最慢,3號(hào)清洗劑在30℃、40℃和50℃時(shí)的揮發(fā)速度分別為91.0 g/(h·m~2)、136.5 g/(h·m~2)、164.3 g/(h·m~2),4號(hào)清洗劑在30℃、40℃和50℃時(shí)的揮發(fā)速度分別為55.6 g/(h·m~2)、85.9 g/(h·m~2)和139 g/(h·m~2)。研究結(jié)果對(duì)于認(rèn)識(shí)清洗劑清洗組分、揮發(fā)特性及帶電清洗作業(yè)人員的安全防護(hù)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a great difference in the performance of live cleaning agents produced by manufacturers, which causes a hidden danger for the safe and efficient cleaning of high-voltage insulator live cleaning agents. For this reason, tests have been carried out on the components and volatility of live cleaning agents. The main components and contents of four kinds of charged cleaning agents were obtained by GC-MS, and the physical and chemical properties of the components were compared. In addition to tetrachloroethylene (mass fraction 65.35), dichloromethane (mass fraction 15.69g / L), long chain alkanes (LCAs) were also found in the four kinds of cleaning agents, the results showed that the components of No. 1 charged cleaning agent were in addition to tetrachloroethylene (mass fraction 65.35). With a mass fraction of 15.05 and a very small amount of butanol (0.93%), the components of No. 2 and No. 4 charged cleaning agents are trichloroethane and tetrachloroethylene, respectively, and the main components of No. 3 live cleaning agent are in addition to trichlorotrifluoroethane (93.13 by mass), There is also a small amount of propanol (6.87wt%), of which No. 3 has the fastest volatilization rate, while No. 4 has the slowest volatilization rate, and the volatilization rate of No. 3 cleaning agent is 91.0 g / h / m ~ 26.5 at 30 鈩,
