【摘要】：以風(fēng)電機(jī)組功率變流器可靠性評(píng)估為背景,給出了一種直流側(cè)電容的可靠性評(píng)估方法�；陔娙莸膿p耗計(jì)算方法,結(jié)合熱網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)建了直流側(cè)電容的可靠性分析流程。綜合考慮電容的可靠性影響因素,分析了環(huán)境溫度、風(fēng)速、電容等效串聯(lián)電阻及熱阻的變化對(duì)直流側(cè)電容可靠性的影響。以某風(fēng)電場(chǎng)2 MW雙饋風(fēng)電機(jī)組結(jié)合實(shí)際風(fēng)速、氣溫?cái)?shù)據(jù)為例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,實(shí)例結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了理論分析的正確性。討論了當(dāng)風(fēng)電變流器實(shí)際工作時(shí),利用優(yōu)化變流器直流側(cè)設(shè)計(jì)或電容的散熱環(huán)境等措施提高直流側(cè)電容的可靠性,結(jié)果表明了所提方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:Based on the reliability evaluation of wind turbine power converter, a reliability evaluation method of DC side capacitance is presented. The reliability analysis flow of DC side capacitance is constructed. Considering the influence factors of capacitance reliability, the ambient temperature and wind speed are analyzed. The effect of the change of capacitance equivalent series resistance and thermal resistance on the reliability of DC side capacitance is verified by combining the actual wind speed and temperature data of a 2 MW doubly-fed wind turbine in a wind farm. An example is given to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis. It is discussed that the reliability of the DC side capacitance can be improved by optimizing the DC side design of the converter or the cooling environment of the capacitor when the wind power converter works in practice. The results show that the proposed scheme is feasible.
