【摘要】:單級(jí)高頻AC-AC變換器將工頻電網(wǎng)電壓轉(zhuǎn)換為高頻(一般大于100k Hz)正弦交流電壓,并實(shí)現(xiàn)功率因數(shù)校正的功能。由于其功率因數(shù)校正單元工作于電流斷續(xù)模式(DCM),使得輸入電流含有大量高次諧波,需采用低通輸入濾波器予以濾除。上述低通輸入濾波器的濾波參數(shù)不僅影響其濾波性能,還會(huì)影響到輸入功率因數(shù)等諸多方面,因此濾波參數(shù)的確定十分重要。首先,根據(jù)疊加定理分別建立變換器交流側(cè)等效電路模型,即工頻分量和開關(guān)頻率分量單獨(dú)作用下的等效電路;進(jìn)而,根據(jù)濾波器輸入、輸出要求合理設(shè)置相關(guān)預(yù)設(shè)參數(shù),使加入濾波器后電網(wǎng)輸入側(cè)滿足能量之星關(guān)于功率因數(shù)的要求。在此基礎(chǔ)上以LC低通輸入濾波器為例,對(duì)輸入濾波器參數(shù)的定量設(shè)計(jì)過程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述,并歸納出一種程序化的設(shè)計(jì)方法;最后,進(jìn)行仿真及實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)方法的正確性,該方法也可用于單級(jí)有源功率校正器的輸入濾波器設(shè)計(jì),而且對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)其他類型的低通輸入濾波器有借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:A single-stage high-frequency AC-AC converter converts the power frequency grid voltage to a high-frequency (generally more than 100kHz) sinusoidal AC voltage. The function of power factor correction is realized. Because the power factor correction unit works in the discontinuous mode of current, the input current contains a large number of high-order harmonics. The filtering parameters of the lowpass input filter not only affect its filtering performance, but also affect the input power factor and so on. Therefore, it is very important to determine the filter parameters. According to the superposition theorem, the equivalent circuit model of AC side of the converter is established, that is, the equivalent circuit acting separately by the power frequency component and the switching frequency component, and then, according to the input and output requirements of the filter, the relevant preset parameters are reasonably set up. The input side of the power grid can meet the power factor requirements of the energy star after adding the filter. Based on this, taking LC low-pass input filter as an example, the quantitative design process of the input filter parameters is described in detail. Finally, simulation and experiment are carried out to verify the correctness of the design method, which can also be used in the input filter design of single-stage active power corrector. Moreover, it is valuable to design other types of low-pass input filters.
