核電半速機組模擬軸系與彈簧隔振基礎聯(lián)合振動試驗臺設計

【摘要】:提出了一種軸系與彈簧隔振基礎聯(lián)合振動試驗臺的設計思路,以某百萬千瓦級核電半速機組為原型,根據(jù)幾何尺寸比擬及動力特性相似原則,成功搭建了原型機組尺寸1/10的試驗臺,為考察試驗臺設計合理性進行了初步調試.結果表明:試驗臺軸系轉速可達10 000r/min以上,運轉過程中軸振、瓦振、潤滑油溫度和壓力等參數(shù)均正?煽,其變化趨勢符合設計預期,且系統(tǒng)各部件在調試檢查中均未出現(xiàn)異常,基本滿足設計安全性要求;瓦振峰值轉速與軸振峰值轉速存在一定差異,且部分瓦振峰值轉速與彈簧隔振基礎頂板模態(tài)測試頻率一致,說明彈簧隔振基礎對軸系振動特性的影響不容忽視;初步調試結果為保障試驗臺后續(xù)試驗研究的安全可靠運行奠定了基礎.
[Abstract]:In this paper, a design idea of a combined vibration test bed of shafting and spring isolation foundation is presented. Based on the principle of geometric size analogy and similarity of dynamic characteristics, a million-kilowatt nuclear power half-speed unit is used as the prototype. The test bed of prototype unit size 1/10 has been successfully built, and preliminary debugging has been carried out to investigate the rationality of the design of the test bed. The results show that the rotating speed of the shaft system of the test bed can reach more than 10 000 r / min, and the shaft vibration and the tile vibration in the course of operation. The parameters such as temperature and pressure of lubricating oil can be controlled normally, and the variation trend is in line with the design expectation, and there are no anomalies in the debugging and checking of all parts of the system, which basically meet the design safety requirements. There are some differences between the peak rotational speed of the tile vibration and the peak speed of the shaft vibration, and some of the peak speed of the tile vibration are the same as the modal test frequency of the roof of the spring isolation foundation, which indicates that the influence of the spring isolation foundation on the vibration characteristics of the shaft system can not be ignored. The preliminary test results lay a foundation for the safe and reliable operation of the test bed.
