考慮電動汽車的微電網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度策略研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,如何解決日趨嚴(yán)峻的能源危機(jī)和環(huán)境污染已成為當(dāng)今世界所面臨的首要問題。由可再生能源等新能源構(gòu)成的分布式電源可以在緩解電力緊張的同時降低環(huán)境污染,而電動汽車以電代油,能夠有效減少化石燃料的使用和降低碳排放量水平,同時兼具負(fù)荷和分布式電源的雙重特性。若將由分布式電源構(gòu)成的微電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)作為可控單元與主網(wǎng)互聯(lián),并將電動汽車接入該系統(tǒng)中,可以在一定程度上緩解主網(wǎng)的供電壓力,同時也可更加有效地對電動汽車的充放電行為進(jìn)行控制與調(diào)度。本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)角度出發(fā),對電動汽車充放電行為進(jìn)行了深入研究,建立含有電動汽車的微電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)模型,提出該系統(tǒng)在不同運行模式下的經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度策略,并通過智能算法進(jìn)行分析討論。論文的主要研究成果如下:首先,分析電動汽車充電行為的影響因素,討論不同類型電動汽車的充放電行為;建立基于蒙特卡羅法的規(guī);妱悠嚦浞烹娯(fù)荷模型,分析電動汽車負(fù)荷在不同充放電模式下對電網(wǎng)負(fù)荷的影響。結(jié)果表明,電動汽車以V2G模式接入微電網(wǎng),可以更加有效地實現(xiàn)對車輛負(fù)荷的控制與調(diào)度。其次,提出含有電動汽車的微電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),建立各分布式電源的數(shù)學(xué)模型;針對微電網(wǎng)并網(wǎng)和孤島兩種運行模式,分別提出不同的經(jīng)濟(jì)運行控制策略;綜合考慮電網(wǎng)側(cè)、用戶側(cè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性以及環(huán)境效益,建立含電動汽車的微電網(wǎng)多目標(biāo)經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度模型。最后,采用改進(jìn)的NSGA-Ⅱ算法對含電動汽車的微電網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度模型進(jìn)行算例分析,以某典型日為例,討論微電網(wǎng)在并網(wǎng)和孤島兩種運行模式下,不同運行控制策略的調(diào)度計劃,并分析其經(jīng)濟(jì)性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy, How to solve the increasingly severe energy crisis and environmental pollution has become the most important problem facing the world today. The distributed power source composed of renewable energy and other new energy sources can reduce the environmental pollution while reducing the power shortage. Electric vehicles with electricity instead of oil can effectively reduce the use of fossil fuels and reduce carbon emissions. If the microgrid system composed of distributed power supply is connected with the main network as a controllable unit and the electric vehicle is connected to the system, the power supply pressure of the main network can be alleviated to a certain extent. At the same time, the charging and discharging behavior of electric vehicle can be controlled and controlled more effectively. In this paper, the charging and discharging behavior of electric vehicle is studied from the economic point of view, and the model of micro-grid system with electric vehicle is established. The economic scheduling strategy of the system under different operation modes is put forward and analyzed by intelligent algorithm. The main research results of this paper are as follows: firstly, the factors influencing the charging behavior of electric vehicles are analyzed. The charge-discharge behavior of different types of electric vehicles is discussed, the charging and discharging load model of large-scale electric vehicles based on Monte Carlo method is established, and the influence of electric vehicle load on power grid load under different charging and discharging modes is analyzed. The V2G mode of electric vehicle can be used to control and dispatch the vehicle load more effectively. Secondly, the structure of the micro-grid system with electric vehicle is proposed, and the mathematical model of each distributed generation is established. Different economic operation control strategies are proposed for microgrid grid-connected and isolated island operation modes, considering the economic and environmental benefits of grid side, user side, and so on.
