【摘要】：智能配電網(wǎng)背景下,N-1安全準(zhǔn)則是配電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行中的重要準(zhǔn)則,而現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)中的配電網(wǎng)重構(gòu)模型均未計(jì)及N-1安全準(zhǔn)則,所得重構(gòu)結(jié)果未必滿足安全性要求。為解決這一基礎(chǔ)性問題,文中提出了一種計(jì)及N-1安全準(zhǔn)則的配電網(wǎng)多目標(biāo)重構(gòu)新策略。首先,基于配電系統(tǒng)安全域(DSSR)中安全距離這一概念,定義了安全距離均值、安全距離均衡度、安全距離均衡比3個(gè)量化描述N-1安全的指標(biāo)。其次,給出了以降低網(wǎng)損和減小安全距離均衡比為綜合優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的配電網(wǎng)多目標(biāo)重構(gòu)模型。然后,應(yīng)用改進(jìn)遺傳和動(dòng)態(tài)小生境差分進(jìn)化的混合算法對(duì)該配電網(wǎng)多目標(biāo)重構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行求解。最后,考慮靜態(tài)重構(gòu)和動(dòng)態(tài)重構(gòu)兩種情境,通過算例對(duì)比所提模型與現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)模型,結(jié)果均表明,文中模型所得重構(gòu)結(jié)果滿足N-1安全準(zhǔn)則,綜合考慮系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)性、安全性下更優(yōu),驗(yàn)證了所提模型和求解算法的正確有效性。
[Abstract]:In the context of smart distribution network, N-1 security criterion is an important criterion in the safe operation of distribution network, but the existing reconfiguration model of distribution network does not take N-1 security criterion into account. In order to solve this fundamental problem, a new multi-objective reconfiguration strategy considering N-1 security criterion is proposed. Firstly, based on the concept of safe distance in distribution system security domain DSSRs, a new reconfiguration strategy is proposed. In this paper, we define three quantitative indexes to describe the security of N-1, such as the mean of safe distance, the degree of equalization of safe distance and the ratio of safe distance. In this paper, a multi-objective reconfiguration model for distribution network with the objective of reducing network loss and reducing the ratio of safe distance equalization is given. The hybrid algorithm of improved genetic and dynamic niche differential evolution is applied to solve the multi-objective reconfiguration model of the distribution network. Finally, considering the static and dynamic reconfiguration scenarios, the proposed model is compared with the existing literature model through an example. The results show that the reconstruction results of the proposed model satisfy the N-1 security criterion, and the system economy is considered comprehensively, and the security is better. The validity of the proposed model and the algorithm is verified.
