【摘要】：為研究湖南電網(wǎng)鳥害故障特征并針對(duì)性地提出防范措施,對(duì)湖南電網(wǎng)鳥類活動(dòng)情況進(jìn)行觀察統(tǒng)計(jì),發(fā)現(xiàn)湖南省的鳥類有463種,其中易引起電網(wǎng)涉鳥故障的鳥類主要有13種。對(duì)2006—2016年湖南架空輸電線路鳥害故障進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)湖南電網(wǎng)涉鳥故障點(diǎn)在湖南省呈倒V形分布,這與湖南鳥類遷徙路徑及電網(wǎng)鳥巢分布基本相符;故障點(diǎn)多在水源附近,發(fā)生在2:00—8:00間的鳥害故障占鳥害總次數(shù)的67.60%,發(fā)生在每年10月份至次年1月份的鳥害故障占鳥害總數(shù)的64.79%;故障類型以鳥糞類為主,占比85.92%;中相發(fā)生涉鳥故障的概率遠(yuǎn)高于兩邊相,約為后者2倍;鳥害故障主要集中在110和220 k V輸電線路,且V型串和懸垂I串發(fā)生鳥害故障的概率相對(duì)較高;湖南電網(wǎng)涉鳥故障與絕緣子類型的關(guān)系不大。對(duì)湖南電網(wǎng)防鳥裝置應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)和評(píng)估。提出了開展鳥類活動(dòng)觀測(cè)、繪制鳥害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分布圖、開展鳥害評(píng)估并采取治理措施、將防鳥害納入新建線路可研評(píng)審的建議。
[Abstract]:In order to study the characteristics of bird damage faults in Hunan Power Grid and put forward some preventive measures, we observed and counted the bird activities in Hunan Power Grid, and found that there are 463 species of birds in Hunan Province. There are 13 species of birds that are liable to bird fault in power grid. Statistical analysis on bird damage fault of overhead transmission line in Hunan Province from 2006 to 2016 shows that bird related fault point in Hunan power grid is in inverted V shape distribution. This is basically consistent with the migration path of birds in Hunan Province and the distribution of bird nests in the power grid; most of the fault points are near the water source. Bird damage faults occurring between 2: 00-8: 00 account for 67.60% of the total number of bird hazards, and bird damage faults occurring between October and January each year account for 64.79% of the total number of bird hazards. The types of faults are mainly bird dung, accounting for 85.92%. The probability of bird related faults occurring in the middle phase is much higher than that on both sides. Bird damage faults are mainly concentrated in 110 and 220 kV transmission lines, and the probability of bird damage faults in V-type string and drape I string is relatively high. The relationship between bird fault and insulator type in Hunan power grid is not significant. The application of bird control device in Hunan power grid is analyzed and evaluated. It is proposed to carry out bird activity observation and draw the distribution map of bird hazard risk. To carry out bird damage assessment and take measures to control bird damage.
