單模態(tài)縱-彎復(fù)合直線電動(dòng)機(jī)的機(jī)理與特性

【摘要】:提出了一種融合一階縱振和四階彎曲振動(dòng)模式的單模態(tài)直線超聲波電動(dòng)機(jī),介紹了電動(dòng)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)行機(jī)理,利用有限元方法建立了電動(dòng)機(jī)定子的機(jī)電耦合模型,仿真分析了電動(dòng)機(jī)定子的振動(dòng)特性,確定了電動(dòng)機(jī)定子工作模態(tài)和工作頻率;利用彈性桿的縱振動(dòng)和懸臂梁的彎曲振動(dòng)理論建立了電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)足橢圓運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡方程,分析了激勵(lì)電壓相位差對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)橢圓軌跡的影響;利用粘彈性接觸機(jī)理給出了電動(dòng)機(jī)的機(jī)械特性輸出曲線,分析了預(yù)壓力、激勵(lì)電壓幅值和激勵(lì)頻率等對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)輸出特性的影響。通過數(shù)值和仿真分析得出:單模態(tài)直線超聲波電動(dòng)機(jī)的工作頻率為39 860 Hz,在外加激勵(lì)電壓Up-p=100 V時(shí),電動(dòng)機(jī)最大輸出推力和空載速度分別達(dá)到19.1 N和310 mm·s~(-1)。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a single mode linear ultrasonic motor which combines the first order longitudinal vibration mode and the fourth order bending vibration mode. The structure and operation mechanism of the motor are introduced. The electromechanical coupling model of the motor stator is established by using the finite element method. The vibration characteristics of the motor stator are simulated and analyzed, the working mode and frequency of the motor stator are determined, and the trajectory equation of the motor driving foot ellipse motion is established by using the longitudinal vibration of the elastic rod and the bending vibration theory of the cantilever beam. The influence of the phase difference of excitation voltage on the elliptic track of the motor is analyzed, the output curve of the mechanical characteristics of the motor is given by using the viscoelastic contact mechanism, and the pre-pressure is analyzed. The effects of the amplitude and frequency of excitation voltage on the output characteristics of the motor are studied. Through numerical and simulation analysis, it is concluded that the operating frequency of single-mode linear ultrasonic motor is 39,860 Hz, and when the applied excitation voltage is Up-p=100 V, the operating frequency of the single mode linear ultrasonic motor is 39,860 Hz. The maximum output thrust and no-load velocity of the motor are 19.1 N and 310 mm 路s-1 respectively.
