【摘要】：我國煤炭企業(yè)管理粗放,成本管理能力不強、操作、檢修標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不高、生產(chǎn)過程控制不嚴格,浪費嚴重,企業(yè)運營成本高居不下。本文基于國內(nèi)外煤炭企業(yè)精益化管理的調(diào)查研究,認真分析總結(jié)精益化管理在國內(nèi)煤炭企業(yè)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,并與發(fā)達國家相比較,我國煤炭企業(yè)精益化管理程度較低,與發(fā)達國家差距較大。本文以精益化管理理論為指導(dǎo),以神華北電勝利能源公司為研究對象,分析該公司在精益管理方面存在的短板和影響企業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸,通過對該公司生產(chǎn)運營環(huán)節(jié)細致的梳理,最終為該公司設(shè)計了一種適合于企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的精益化管理模式,以期為該公司今后日后精益化管理提供一定借鑒和幫助,也希望為同類企業(yè)在精益化管理方面提供一定參考。本文具體研究思路如下:首先在國內(nèi)外精益化管理和成本管控的研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對精益化管理內(nèi)涵和內(nèi)容進行闡述。以神華北電勝利能源有限公司為例,介紹該公司的基本情況、生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建流程組織機構(gòu)的建立、價值流管理兩個方面的精益化管理模式。通過樹立精益文化和價值流管理,從生產(chǎn)的采、運、排、裝、儲各個環(huán)節(jié)出發(fā),合理確定該企業(yè)管理方式。最后為保證精益化管理體系的順利實施,本文提出精益化管理保障機制,建立組織結(jié)構(gòu)、文化、管理三方面保障機制,實現(xiàn)各類資源的最佳分配,最終實現(xiàn)精益化。
[Abstract]:China's coal enterprises have extensive management, weak cost management, low standards of operation and maintenance, lax control of production processes, and serious waste. Based on the investigation and research of lean management of coal enterprises at home and abroad, this paper seriously analyzes and summarizes the application status of lean management in domestic coal enterprises, and compares it with developed countries. The lean management of coal enterprises in our country is relatively low, which is far from that of developed countries. This paper takes the Lean Management Theory as the guide and the Shengli Energy Company of Shenhua North Electric Power Company as the research object. This paper analyzes on the shortcomings of lean management and the bottleneck affecting the development of the enterprise, and finally designs a Lean management model suitable for the development of the company through the detailed combing of the production and operation links of the company. In order to provide some reference and help for the future lean management of the company, It also hopes to provide some reference for similar enterprises in lean management. The specific research ideas of this paper are as follows: firstly, on the basis of the current research situation of lean management and cost control at home and abroad, This paper expounds the connotation and content of lean management. Taking Shenhua Beidian Shengli Energy Co., Ltd as an example, it introduces the basic situation of the company, the present production situation, and the establishment of process organization. Lean management mode of value flow management. Through establishing lean culture and value flow management, starting from the production of mining, transportation, arrangement, loading and storage, Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the lean management system, this paper puts forward the lean management guarantee mechanism, which includes organizational structure, culture and management, so as to realize the best allocation of all kinds of resources. Finally, Lean is realized.
