【摘要】:隨著需求側(cè)響應(yīng)措施的深入開展,在電力系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃中計(jì)及需求側(cè)響應(yīng)的影響具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。根據(jù)一般經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)原理,研究需求側(cè)響應(yīng)措施引起負(fù)荷需求彈性變化的不確定性,并且將該不確定性引入到電力系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃模型中,以系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃成本、運(yùn)行成本和污染排放最小化為目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立了多目標(biāo)魯棒優(yōu)化規(guī)劃模型;采用引入精英策略的非支配排序遺傳算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)求解該魯棒優(yōu)化模型。最后,通過算例分析說明了魯棒優(yōu)化模型的合理性,并論證了該模型能夠以最小成本得到計(jì)及多種需求側(cè)響應(yīng)彈性不確定性范圍下的規(guī)劃方案。
[Abstract]:With the further development of demand-side response measures, it is of great practical significance to consider the influence of demand-side response in power system planning. According to the general economic principle, the uncertainty of demand elasticity caused by demand-side response measures is studied. The uncertainty is introduced into the power system planning model, and the multi-objective robust programming model is established with the objective function of system planning cost, operation cost and pollution emission minimization.
