【摘要】:防甩擊大梁為核電站防甩鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的核心部件,具有構(gòu)件密集、螺栓群多、重型構(gòu)件多、制作難度大、焊接要求高等特點。著重介紹防甩擊大梁在的組裝流程、焊接、制孔、運輸過程中的精度控制,以及采取的工藝措施。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場安裝情況,對于加工制作方案和工藝措施既達到設計要求,又達到精度控制的目的。
[Abstract]:Anti-jetting beam is the core component of the anti-dump steel structure of nuclear power station. It has the characteristics of dense components, more bolts, more heavy-duty members, more difficulties in manufacture and higher requirements for welding. This paper emphatically introduces the assembly process, welding and hole making of the anti-jetting beam. The precision control in the transportation process and the technological measures taken. According to the field installation, both the design requirements and the precision control are achieved for the machining and manufacturing schemes and the technological measures.
