【摘要】:鑒于振動研究在電力工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的重要地位,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外汽輪發(fā)電機組軸系振動近期研究進展,并對軸系振動研究的方法和發(fā)展趨勢進行了分析和預(yù)測。分析認為:最近幾年來,國內(nèi)外對汽輪發(fā)電機組軸系振動的研究主要集中在轉(zhuǎn)子預(yù)平衡、漸進式彎曲振動治理、機網(wǎng)耦合扭振、防旋汽封、彈簧隔振、轉(zhuǎn)子裂紋、碳化摩擦等方面;未來,汽輪發(fā)電機組軸系振動研究的熱點將集中在汽流激振源的精確定位、彈簧基礎(chǔ)的動力優(yōu)化、復雜結(jié)構(gòu)的振動治理、次同步諧振等方面。
[Abstract]:In view of the important position of vibration research in power industry production, the recent research progress of turbine generator shafting vibration at home and abroad is summarized. The research methods and development trend of shafting vibration are analyzed and forecasted. It is concluded that in recent years, the research on shaft system vibration of turbine-generator set is mainly focused on rotor pre-balance and progressive bending vibration treatment. Coupling torsional vibration of mechanical network, anti-rotating steam seal, spring vibration isolation, rotor crack, carbonization friction, etc. In the future, the research focus of shaft system vibration of turbogenerator will focus on the precise location of steam excitation source, the dynamic optimization of spring foundation, etc. Vibration treatment of complex structure, sub-synchronous resonance and so on.
