【摘要】：聯(lián)合應(yīng)用空氣預(yù)熱器旁通煙道與暖風(fēng)器回收電站鍋爐排煙余熱,可使鍋爐尾部煙氣熱能與汽輪機(jī)回?zé)嵯到y(tǒng)間的交叉梯級利用更優(yōu),獲得更高的電廠效率。以某600 MW超超臨界燃煙煤機(jī)組為例,對旁通煙道與暖風(fēng)器聯(lián)合系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性與技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析,作為比較對常規(guī)旁通煙道系統(tǒng)也進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明,由聯(lián)合系統(tǒng)回收鍋爐排煙從122℃降溫至90℃的余熱,使機(jī)組供電標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤耗減小4.26g/(k W?h),需投資1500萬元,動(dòng)態(tài)投資回收期1.73年;而應(yīng)用常規(guī)系統(tǒng)時(shí)上述結(jié)果分別為:2.63g/(k W?h)、1685萬元和3.56年�？梢娐�(lián)合系統(tǒng)具有明顯的熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性和技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性優(yōu)勢,建議對其進(jìn)行工程化應(yīng)用研究。提高暖風(fēng)器出口溫風(fēng)溫度可提高聯(lián)合系統(tǒng)熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性,但技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性結(jié)果變化很小,故溫風(fēng)溫度不宜過高。
[Abstract]:Combined use of air preheater bypass flue and heater to recover waste heat from boiler exhaust gas in power station can make the cross-cascade utilization between boiler tail flue gas heat energy and steam turbine regenerative system better. Taking a 600MW ultra-supercritical bituminous coal unit as an example, the thermal economy and technical economy of the combined system of bypass flue and heater are analyzed.
