基于電—聲聯(lián)合的變壓器局部放電監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的研究設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:變壓器是保證電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行、保障供電可靠性的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備,若出現(xiàn)問題或故障,將會造成大范圍停電,嚴(yán)重影響人們的正常生活與工廠的生產(chǎn)用電,造成嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。由于現(xiàn)有的變壓器局部放電檢測系統(tǒng)的檢測精度偏低,錯報(bào)率偏高,所以研制一套完善可靠的變壓器局部放電檢測系統(tǒng)變得非常重要。在系統(tǒng)總結(jié)國內(nèi)外研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,在UHF傳感裝置、HFCT傳感裝置、AE傳感裝置等局部放電信號采集裝置的配合下,基于圖形化的編程語言LabVIEW 7.1軟件平臺編程,設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了一套以電-聲聯(lián)合為基礎(chǔ)的變壓器局部放電在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)整合了UHF超高頻監(jiān)測、HFCT高頻電流監(jiān)測、AE超聲波監(jiān)測等優(yōu)點(diǎn),克服了固有的孤立系統(tǒng)無法對變壓器內(nèi)在的局部放電進(jìn)行相對完善的檢測的弊病,有效地提高了局部測量的靈敏度、定位的準(zhǔn)確性與抵御干擾的能力。軟件方面,采用集成模塊化設(shè)計(jì),有助于提高該系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)算分析的速率和可靠性。另外該系統(tǒng)通過與變壓器內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)后整合內(nèi)嵌安裝,減小了系統(tǒng)對變壓器本身電磁平衡的干擾,提高了系統(tǒng)的靈敏度和抵御干擾的能力。通過采用本系統(tǒng)對110/10kV地下變電站三臺主變在線運(yùn)行進(jìn)行實(shí)際測量,結(jié)果表明:電-聲聯(lián)合在線檢測系統(tǒng)在變壓器局部放電監(jiān)測和分析上的應(yīng)用是可行和有效的,并且系統(tǒng)中的各類功能都已實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)的要求,為變壓器的狀態(tài)檢修提供大量可靠的數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù),為解決變壓器局部放電檢測問題提供了新的方案和參考。
[Abstract]:Transformer is the basic equipment to ensure the normal operation of power network system and the reliability of power supply. If there are problems or failures, it will cause a large-scale power failure, which will seriously affect the normal life of people and the production of power consumption in factories. Because the detection accuracy of the existing partial discharge detection system of transformer is on the low side, and the misreporting rate is on the high side, Therefore, it is very important to develop a complete and reliable partial discharge detection system for transformers. With the cooperation of partial discharge signal acquisition device such as UHF sensor device and AE sensor device, the software platform of LabVIEW 7.1 is programmed based on graphic programming language. A transformer partial discharge on-line monitoring system based on electro-acoustic combination is designed and developed. The system integrates the advantages of UHF UHF monitoring, HFCT high-frequency current monitoring and AE ultrasonic monitoring, etc. It overcomes the shortcoming that the inherent isolated system can not detect the internal partial discharge of transformer, and effectively improves the sensitivity of local measurement, the accuracy of location and the ability of resisting interference. The adoption of integrated modular design is helpful to improve the speed and reliability of data operation and analysis of the system. In addition, the system is integrated with the embedded installation after the optimization design of the internal structure of the transformer. The interference of the system to the electromagnetic balance of the transformer itself is reduced, and the sensitivity of the system and the ability of resisting interference are improved. By using this system, the on-line operation of three main substations in 110 / 10 kV underground substations is measured. The results show that the application of the combined electro-acoustic on-line detection system in transformer partial discharge monitoring and analysis is feasible and effective, and all kinds of functions in the system have fulfilled the design requirements. It provides a large amount of reliable data basis for transformer condition maintenance, and provides a new scheme and reference to solve the problem of transformer partial discharge detection.
