【摘要】:針對常規(guī)備自投裝置不能實現(xiàn)鏈?zhǔn)浇Y(jié)構(gòu)串供的多個110 k V變電站中非開環(huán)點變電站在失電時的快速恢復(fù)供電問題,提出了一種適用于常規(guī)和智能化變電站,基于區(qū)域電網(wǎng)實時全景信息的區(qū)域備自投新方案。具體介紹了區(qū)域備自投原理和實現(xiàn)方案,以及其與站域備自投、常規(guī)備自投、區(qū)域保護、區(qū)域穩(wěn)控的關(guān)系等。RTDS試驗及現(xiàn)場工程應(yīng)用表明,所提出的區(qū)域備自投性能優(yōu)越,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)區(qū)域電網(wǎng)發(fā)生故障時的快速恢復(fù)供電。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of fast recovery of power supply in non-open-loop substation of 110kV substation which can not be supplied with chain structure by conventional standby automatic switching device, a new kind of substation is proposed, which is suitable for conventional substation and intelligent substation. Based on the real-time panoramic information of regional power network, the paper introduces the principle and implementation scheme of regional stand-by, as well as its principle and implementation, as well as its cooperation with station, conventional standby, regional protection, and so on, which is based on the real-time panoramic information of regional power network. RTDS test and field engineering application show that the proposed method has superior performance and can quickly restore the power supply in the event of regional power network failure.
