基于組合賦權(quán)-TOPSIS方法的內(nèi)陸核電廠廠址選擇研究

【摘要】:安全建設(shè)核電是保證能源可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)重要戰(zhàn)略,根據(jù)我國十三五核電規(guī)劃目標(biāo),核電建設(shè)市場前景廣闊。相比沿海核電廠,內(nèi)陸核電廠的環(huán)境、安全問題更加受到人們的關(guān)注,因而關(guān)于此類問題的研究也越來越受到人們的重視。廠址選擇是工程建設(shè)前期的重要環(huán)節(jié),是確保工程成功建設(shè)的前提。與一般工程項(xiàng)目相比,內(nèi)陸核電廠選址工作所涉及的內(nèi)容更加廣泛,要求也更為嚴(yán)格。因此,本文在研究各類廠址選擇評價(jià)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,將組合賦權(quán)-TOPSIS方法引入內(nèi)陸核電廠廠址選擇評價(jià),并開發(fā)評價(jià)軟件AddressDX,為內(nèi)陸核電廠廠址選擇工作提供一定技術(shù)參考,具體研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)深入分析影響內(nèi)陸核電廠廠址選擇的主要因素,構(gòu)建普選階段內(nèi)陸核電廠廠址選擇評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,同時(shí)歸納總結(jié)定性指標(biāo)的定量化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。(2)結(jié)合聚類分析法、層次分析法、熵權(quán)法以及TOPSIS法,構(gòu)建內(nèi)陸核電廠廠址選擇評價(jià)模型。同時(shí),以某內(nèi)陸核電廠為例,對其7個(gè)可能廠址進(jìn)行評價(jià),得到的評價(jià)結(jié)果與設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)成果一致,證明此方法在普選階段廠址篩選評價(jià)工作中的可行性。(3)應(yīng)用組合賦權(quán)-TOPSIS法,開發(fā)廠址評價(jià)軟件AddressDX。同時(shí),將原始數(shù)據(jù)輸入軟件進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析,分析結(jié)果與原結(jié)論一致,證明該軟件的可靠性。本文所應(yīng)用的組合賦權(quán)-TOPSIS方法可信度高,開發(fā)的AddressDX軟件可操作性強(qiáng),對核電廠普選階段的廠址篩選工作有一定的理論意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The safe construction of nuclear power is an important strategy to ensure the sustainable development of energy. According to the target of China's 13th Five-Year Plan for Nuclear Power, nuclear power construction has a broad market prospect. Compared with coastal nuclear power plants, the environment of inland nuclear power plants, People pay more and more attention to safety problems, so more and more attention is paid to the study of such problems. Site selection is an important link in the early stage of engineering construction and a prerequisite to ensure the successful construction of the project. The site selection of inland nuclear power plants involves more extensive contents and more stringent requirements. Therefore, based on the study of various site selection and evaluation methods, the combined weighted TOPSIS method is introduced to the site selection evaluation of inland nuclear power plants. The evaluation software AddressDX is developed to provide a technical reference for the site selection of inland nuclear power plants. The specific research contents are as follows: 1) the main factors affecting the site selection of inland nuclear power plants are analyzed in depth. The evaluation index system of site selection of inland nuclear power plant in general election stage is constructed, and the quantitative standard of qualitative index is summed up. It is combined with cluster analysis, analytic hierarchy process, entropy weight method and TOPSIS method. The evaluation model of site selection for inland nuclear power plant is constructed. At the same time, taking an inland nuclear power plant as an example, the evaluation results of 7 possible sites are consistent with the design results of the design institute. It is proved that this method is feasible in the process of site selection and evaluation in the stage of general election. The combined weighting TOPSIS method is applied to develop the factory site evaluation software AddressDX.At the same time, the original data are input into the software for an example analysis, and the results are consistent with the original conclusions. The reliability of the software is proved. The combined weighting TOPSIS method used in this paper has high reliability and the developed AddressDX software has strong maneuverability. It has certain theoretical significance and practical value for site selection in the stage of nuclear power plant general election.
