電網(wǎng)企業(yè)參與的分布式能源運營模式及發(fā)展空間研究

【摘要】:運營模式及效益限制分布式能源(distributed energy,DE)項目的良性發(fā)展,清潔能源的發(fā)展和電力系統(tǒng)改革推動電網(wǎng)公司的角色轉(zhuǎn)型.本文首先對DE市場投資角色進行重組,量化電網(wǎng)企業(yè)參與度,以及DE的潛在價值和社會效益,然后針對樓宇型和區(qū)域型分布式能源站(distributed energy stations,DES)設(shè)計發(fā)電模型,通過能量流(冷、熱、電)驗證聯(lián)供機組的高效性,最終建立DE能效分享及節(jié)能發(fā)展空間模型.重點分析輸配電改革前后,電網(wǎng)企業(yè)不同投資力度對樓宇型和區(qū)域型DE項目全生命周期內(nèi)的節(jié)能效益影響,預(yù)測電網(wǎng)企業(yè)參與的未來發(fā)展空間.兩類典型DE項目案例分析驗證了模型的有效性.
[Abstract]:The operational model and benefits limit the benign development of the distributed Energy distributed Energy (DED) project. The development of clean energy and the reform of power system promote the transformation of the role of grid companies. Firstly, this paper reorganizes the role of DE market investment, quantifies the participation of power grid enterprises, and the potential value and social benefits of DE. Then a generation model is designed for building and regional distributed energy stations, which pass through energy flow (cold and hot). Finally, the space model of DE energy efficiency sharing and energy saving development is established. The emphasis is on the analysis before and after transmission and distribution reform. The influence of different investment intensity on energy saving benefit of building type and area type DE project in the whole life cycle of power grid enterprise. The case study of two typical DE projects verifies the validity of the model.
