基于有序充電策略的換電站及分布式電源多場景協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃方法

【摘要】:通過引入電動(dòng)汽車換電站的有序充電策略,以系統(tǒng)建設(shè)運(yùn)行成本、綜合凈負(fù)荷波動(dòng)指標(biāo)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)能量損耗最小為目標(biāo),提出統(tǒng)籌考慮電動(dòng)汽車換電站和分布式電源的多場景協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃方法,并給出滿足電動(dòng)汽車換電需求約束和備用電池存在性約束的備用電池調(diào)度方案和最少備用電池計(jì)算方法。結(jié)合風(fēng)光電源出力的季節(jié)特性,針對IEEE 33節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng),利用生物地理優(yōu)化算法進(jìn)行多場景規(guī)劃仿真分析,驗(yàn)證了所提規(guī)劃方法可利用換電站有序充電策略平抑配電網(wǎng)綜合凈負(fù)荷波動(dòng),起到了削峰填谷的作用,大幅降低了網(wǎng)絡(luò)能量損耗,顯著提高了風(fēng)光電源的可規(guī)劃容量;同時(shí)所采用的最少備用電池計(jì)算方法,可充分考慮換電站內(nèi)備用電池在一天中的循環(huán)利用,在維持有序充電策略周轉(zhuǎn)的前提下能有效緩解電池儲(chǔ)備壓力,大幅降低了換電站投資成本。
[Abstract]:By introducing the orderly charging strategy of the electric vehicle power station, the aim is the operation cost of the system construction, the comprehensive net load fluctuation index and the minimum energy loss of the network. A multi-scene coordinated planning method considering electric vehicle power station and distributed power generation is proposed. The scheduling scheme of reserve battery and the calculation method of least spare battery are given, which can meet the demand constraint of electric vehicle power exchange and the existence constraint of backup battery, combined with the seasonal characteristics of wind power output. For IEEE 33-bus system, biogeographic optimization algorithm is used to simulate the multi-scene planning, and it is verified that the proposed planning method can be used to stabilize the comprehensive net load fluctuation of distribution network by using the orderly charging strategy of power station. It can cut the peak and fill the valley, reduce the energy loss of the network, and increase the programmable capacity of the wind power supply. At the same time, the minimum standby battery calculation method can fully consider the recycling of the reserve battery in the power station in one day, and can effectively alleviate the battery reserve pressure under the premise of maintaining the orderly charging strategy turnover. Greatly reduced the investment cost of power station exchange.
