大型鋼鐵企業(yè)非線性負荷諧波來源及抑制方法研究

【摘要】:隨著國家對節(jié)能減排政策的持續(xù)推進,大型鋼鐵企業(yè)小型轉爐、高爐逐漸被淘汰,大容量、高功率電弧爐、中頻爐和軋機越來越多被投入使用。這些電弧爐、中頻爐和軋機工作時會產(chǎn)生大量高次諧波分量,注入供電系統(tǒng)引起嚴重的諧波干擾問題,已經(jīng)威脅到系統(tǒng)的供電安全和經(jīng)濟運行。實際生產(chǎn)中,為滿足國家標準對電能質(zhì)量的規(guī)定,研究大型鋼鐵企業(yè)非線性負荷引起的諧波問題,并提出了進一步的相應治理方案,有利于鋼鐵行業(yè)和電力行業(yè)的相輔相成共同發(fā)展。本論文針對大型鋼鐵企業(yè)特點介紹了電弧爐、中頻爐和軋機工作原理及在工作過程中產(chǎn)生的諧波電流對電力系統(tǒng)的危害,在此基礎上建立了相應的數(shù)學模型及電路模型,并通過專業(yè)的電力系統(tǒng)仿真軟件PSCAD/EMTDC仿真驗證了模型的有效性。本論文以清遠某鋼鐵企業(yè)及其附近供電電網(wǎng)的實際供電系統(tǒng)作為研究背景,搭建了包括大型電弧爐、中頻爐及軋機等不同非線性負荷的供電系統(tǒng)模型,并定量計算了負荷峰值時刻流入電力系統(tǒng)的諧波電流值。并通過仿真模型的計算結果與實測值進行比較,驗證仿真模型的實用性;最后,根據(jù)電弧爐、中頻爐和軋機各自諧波特點,經(jīng)過綜合考慮提出了“FC+TCR”型SVC綜合治理方案,并將治理后的效果進行了計算分析,以確保大型鋼鐵企業(yè)及配電網(wǎng)供電系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定運行。清遠某鋼鐵企業(yè)采取治理后,諧波抑制效果明顯,證明了該方案的可行性及經(jīng)濟性。同時本論文對大型鋼鐵企業(yè)不同性質(zhì)非線性負荷的模型搭建與仿真計算研究,對于大型鋼鐵企業(yè)的電力系統(tǒng)諧波分析、諧波預測及諧波治理等方面有一定應用意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion of national policies on energy saving and emission reduction, small converter in large steel enterprises, blast furnace is gradually eliminated, large capacity, high power arc furnace, intermediate frequency furnace and rolling mill are more and more put into use. These arc furnaces. If furnace and rolling mill work will produce a large number of high-order harmonic components, injection of power supply system caused serious harmonic interference, has threatened the power supply safety and economic operation of the system. In order to meet the requirements of national standards for power quality, harmonic problems caused by nonlinear load in large iron and steel enterprises are studied, and further corresponding treatment schemes are put forward. This paper introduces the electric arc furnace (EAF) according to the characteristics of large iron and steel enterprises. Based on the working principle of intermediate frequency furnace and rolling mill and the harm of harmonic current to power system, the corresponding mathematical model and circuit model are established. And through the professional power system simulation software PSCAD/EMTDC simulation to verify the effectiveness of the model. This paper takes the actual power supply system of Qingyuan iron and steel enterprise and its nearby power supply network as the research background. The power supply system models including large electric arc furnace, intermediate frequency furnace and rolling mill are built. The harmonic current value of the load peak moment flowing into the power system is calculated quantitatively, and the practicability of the simulation model is verified by comparing the calculated results of the simulation model with the measured value. Finally, according to the harmonic characteristics of electric arc furnace, intermediate frequency furnace and rolling mill, a comprehensive treatment scheme of "FC TCR" type SVC is put forward, and the effect after treatment is calculated and analyzed. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of large iron and steel enterprises and distribution network power supply system. The feasibility and economy of the scheme are proved. At the same time, this paper builds and simulates the model of nonlinear load of large iron and steel enterprises with different properties, and analyzes the harmonic of power system for large steel enterprises. Harmonic prediction and harmonic treatment have certain application significance.
