褐煤鍋爐冷端優(yōu)化熱力系統(tǒng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性比較

【摘要】:對電站鍋爐排煙余熱進(jìn)行回收,使一部分鍋爐冷端煙氣熱能梯級利用于汽輪機(jī)回?zé)嵯到y(tǒng),是燃煤電廠增效減排的重要途徑。以某600MW超臨界燃褐煤機(jī)組為例,對低溫省煤器、送風(fēng)分段預(yù)熱和旁通煙道3種鍋爐冷端優(yōu)化熱力系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性與技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性比較。結(jié)果表明,由上述3種系統(tǒng)回收鍋爐排煙由148℃降溫至90℃余熱,機(jī)組供電標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤耗率分別減小4.43g/(k W·h)、5.84g/(k W·h)和6.48g/(k W·h),項(xiàng)目投資分別為2562萬元、2348萬元和2261萬元。以機(jī)組在THA工況下年運(yùn)行5500h計(jì),3種系統(tǒng)每年由節(jié)煤增加凈收益994萬元、1350萬元和1514萬元,動態(tài)投資回收期分別為3.13年、2.00年和1.71年。可見褐煤鍋爐排煙余熱回收可明顯提高電廠效率。3種冷端優(yōu)化熱力系統(tǒng)中,旁通煙道系統(tǒng)展示出最優(yōu)的熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性和技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性,建議對其進(jìn)一步研究和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The waste heat of boiler exhaust gas in power plant is recovered, and a part of boiler cold end flue gas heat energy cascade is used in steam turbine regenerative system. Taking a 600MW supercritical lignite unit as an example, a low temperature economizer is introduced. The thermal economy and technical economy of three kinds of optimized thermal system of boiler cold end are compared with that of air supply section preheating and bypass flue.
