【摘要】：氟塑料換熱器優(yōu)良的耐腐蝕特性,為電廠低溫?zé)煔庥酂峄厥仗峁┝诵碌慕鉀Q途徑。針對(duì)氟塑料換熱器開展實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,氟塑料換熱管束表面光滑對(duì)層流邊界層的附加擾動(dòng)較弱,管外對(duì)流傳熱系數(shù)較金屬換熱材料偏低。茹卡烏斯卡斯經(jīng)典關(guān)聯(lián)式直接應(yīng)用于塑料換熱器存在約40%偏差。結(jié)合風(fēng)洞實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),得到換熱器在不同風(fēng)速下的總傳熱系數(shù)、管外對(duì)流傳熱系數(shù)、空氣阻力特性和各環(huán)節(jié)熱阻分布特性。
[Abstract]:The excellent corrosion resistance of fluoroplastic heat exchanger provides a new solution for waste heat recovery of low temperature flue gas in power plant. The additional disturbance of laminar boundary layer is weak when the surface of fluoroplastic tube bundle is smooth. The convection heat transfer coefficient outside the tube is lower than that of the metal heat transfer material. There is about 40% deviation in the application of the Rucauskas classical correlation formula to the plastic heat exchanger. The total heat transfer coefficient, the convection heat transfer coefficient outside the tube, the air resistance characteristics and the thermal resistance distribution characteristics of the heat exchanger at different wind speeds are obtained.
