潛水電機設(shè)計及屏蔽套損耗分析

【摘要】:潛水電機一般分為充油式潛水電機,充水式潛水電機,充氣式潛水電機和屏蔽式潛水電機。屏蔽電機和泵一起組成了屏蔽電泵,用來輸送易燃、有毒、貴重、含腐蝕性及帶放射性不含固體顆粒的介質(zhì),在輸送液體時絕對無泄漏,而且運轉(zhuǎn)噪音低。屏蔽電機具有體積小、重量輕、安裝使用方便、可靠性能高等優(yōu)點,廣泛應(yīng)用于從井下或湖泊取水,工礦企業(yè)排水,城鄉(xiāng)建筑排水,居民生活用水,污水污物處理等。屏蔽電機中因為屏蔽套的存在,使得電機的效率低于普通電機。本文從理論上分析了屏蔽套渦流損耗的產(chǎn)生,并推導(dǎo)了屏蔽套渦流損耗的理論公式。根據(jù)電機學(xué)設(shè)計原理,按照技術(shù)要求設(shè)計了一款電機,對比分析了電機適用的槽型,確定了電機的槽數(shù)和極數(shù),并通過有限元分析法分析了電機的各種性能指標(biāo),如電機的轉(zhuǎn)速,轉(zhuǎn)矩,電流,轉(zhuǎn)差率,效率以及功率因數(shù)均達(dá)到技術(shù)要求,驗證了電機設(shè)計的合理性,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了電機的屏蔽套渦流損耗以及屏蔽套渦流損耗對電機的影響。在屏蔽套損耗分析中,運用有限元法,分別單獨分析了定子屏蔽套和轉(zhuǎn)子屏蔽套對電機的影響。在分析屏蔽套渦流損耗對電機的影響中,分析了屏蔽套材料電阻率對電機的影響,同時也分析了屏蔽套厚度對電機性能的影響。相同條件下,屏蔽套在電機定子渦流損耗比屏蔽套在電機轉(zhuǎn)子上渦流損耗大的多,因此屏蔽套在定子上電機的效率比屏蔽套在轉(zhuǎn)子上的電機效率上要低,而功率因數(shù)則相反。相同條件下,隨著屏蔽套厚度的增加,屏蔽套渦流損耗隨著增加,電機的效率也隨著降低。本文通過對屏蔽套電阻率和屏蔽套厚度對電機影響的分析結(jié)果,對于屏蔽電機屏蔽套的選擇具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The submersible motor is generally divided into oil-filled submersible motor, water-filled submersible motor, inflatable submersible motor and shielded submersible motor. The shielded motor and pump together constitute a shielded electric pump, which is used to transport flammable, toxic and valuable. With corrosive and radioactive medium without solid particles, there is absolutely no leakage when conveying liquid, and the operation noise is low. The shield motor has the advantages of small volume, light weight, convenient installation and high reliability. Widely used in underground or lake water, industrial and mining enterprises drainage, urban and rural construction drainage, household water, sewage treatment and so on. Shielding motor because of the existence of shielding sleeve. The efficiency of the motor is lower than that of the ordinary motor. In this paper, the generation of eddy current loss of the shield sleeve is analyzed theoretically, and the theoretical formula of the eddy current loss of the shield sleeve is deduced. According to the technical requirements of the design of a motor, comparative analysis of the suitable slot motor, determine the number of slots and poles of the motor, and through the finite element analysis of the various performance indicators of the motor, such as the speed of the motor. Torque, current, slip rate, efficiency and power factor all meet the technical requirements, which verifies the rationality of the motor design. On this basis, the eddy current loss of the shield sleeve and the influence of the eddy current loss of the shield sleeve on the motor are analyzed. The finite element method is used in the analysis of the shield casing loss. The influence of stator shield sleeve and rotor shield sleeve on the motor is analyzed separately. In the analysis of the influence of the eddy current loss of the shield sleeve on the motor, the influence of the material resistivity of the shield sleeve on the motor is analyzed. At the same time, the influence of the thickness of the shield sleeve on the performance of the motor is analyzed. Under the same conditions, the eddy current loss of the shield sleeve on the stator of the motor is much greater than that of the shield sleeve on the rotor of the motor. Therefore, the efficiency of the motor on the stator is lower than the efficiency of the motor on the rotor, but the power factor is opposite. Under the same conditions, the eddy current loss of the shield increases with the increase of the thickness of the shield. The effect of the resistivity and thickness of the shield sleeve on the motor is analyzed in this paper, which has a certain guiding significance for the selection of the shield sleeve of the shielded motor.
