便攜式高壓開關(guān)機械特性測試儀的設(shè)計

【摘要】:斷路器在電力輸配電系統(tǒng)中肩負著重要的使命,其運行的狀態(tài)直接影響著電力系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和供電可靠性。斷路器機械特性測試儀能夠?qū)嗦菲鞯臋C械特性進行準確的測試,從而降低設(shè)備故障率,提高斷路器的壽命。本文在綜合國內(nèi)外斷路器特性測試方案特點和發(fā)展趨勢基礎(chǔ)上,研制了一款便攜式斷路器機械特性測試儀,而一般的斷路器特性測試儀大多采用采集卡與上位機組合的方式,存在價格昂貴和體積大的缺點,該系統(tǒng)提高了斷路器特性測試的便攜化與實用性,具有重要的應用價值。本文首先闡述了真空斷路器機械特性參數(shù)的定義以及對斷路器性能的影響,并確定了相關(guān)特性參數(shù)的測量方法;對比分析了市面上所用傳感器的原理與特點,最終選用GSM010GT霍爾電流傳感器和TS-0050直線位移傳感器分別測試線圈電流信號和動觸頭行程信號。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種基于DSP的斷路器機械特性測試儀的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案,該方案以TMS320F28335為核心,16位AD7606為采樣芯片,測試參量包括合/分閘線圈電流、動觸頭行程、觸頭狀態(tài),可實現(xiàn)同步采集、特性參數(shù)計算、LCD240128液晶顯示、SD卡存儲。其次,信號在采集過程中存在各種噪聲干擾,本文采用小波閾值去噪對信號進行預處理。通過實驗對比分析,確定了Db4小波基,分解層次為4,Rigrsure閾值策略的最佳消噪方式,并通過MATLAB驗證方法的可行性。然后對合閘線圈電流信號進行特征值的提取,為后期的故障診斷奠定了基礎(chǔ)。最后,在實驗室搭建實驗平臺,以ABB VD4真空斷路器為測試對象,與GYT-07機械特性測試儀測試數(shù)據(jù)做對比,驗證測試系統(tǒng)的準確性。實驗結(jié)果表明,線圈電流峰值、合/分閘時間、觸頭行程、開距、合/分閘速度等機械特性參數(shù)的誤差均小于3%,測試精度較高,可以滿足預期要求。
[Abstract]:Circuit breaker plays an important role in electric power transmission and distribution system. The state of operation directly affects the stability and reliability of power supply. The mechanical characteristic tester of circuit breaker can accurately test the mechanical characteristics of circuit breaker, thus reducing the failure rate of equipment. On the basis of synthesizing the characteristics and developing trend of circuit breakers at home and abroad, a portable tester for mechanical characteristics of circuit breakers is developed in this paper. But the general circuit breaker characteristic test instrument mostly uses the collection card and the host computer combination way, has the expensive and the volume big shortcoming, this system has improved the circuit breaker characteristic test portability and the practicality. In this paper, the definition of mechanical characteristic parameters of vacuum circuit breaker and its influence on the performance of circuit breaker are introduced, and the measurement method of relevant characteristic parameters is determined. The principle and characteristics of the sensors used in the market are compared and analyzed. Finally, GSM010GT Hall current sensor and TS-0050 linear displacement sensor are selected to test the coil current signal and the moving contact stroke signal respectively. This paper presents a system design scheme of the mechanical characteristic tester of circuit breaker based on DSP, which takes TMS320F28335 as the core and 16-bit AD7606 as the sampling chip. The test parameters include the current of closing / closing coil, the stroke of the contact, the state of the contact, the synchronous acquisition, the calculation of the characteristic parameters and the storage of the LCD240128 LCD SD card. There are various kinds of noise interference in the signal acquisition process. Wavelet threshold denoising is used to pre-process the signal. Through experimental comparison and analysis, the Db4 wavelet base is determined, and the decomposition level is 4. The optimal de-noising method of Rigrsure threshold strategy and the feasibility of the method are verified by MATLAB. Then the eigenvalue of the current signal of the closing coil is extracted. Finally, the experimental platform is set up in the laboratory, taking ABB VD4 vacuum circuit breaker as the test object, and compared with the test data of GYT-07 mechanical characteristic tester. The experimental results show that the error of the mechanical characteristic parameters such as the coil current peak value, closing / closing time, contact stroke, opening distance, closing / closing speed and so on are less than 3, and the testing accuracy is high. Can meet the expected requirements.
