【摘要】:為了準(zhǔn)確有效地解決當(dāng)前配電網(wǎng)電容電流超標(biāo)問題,針對(duì)10 k V不接地系統(tǒng),提出一種分散固定和集中跟蹤相結(jié)合的無功補(bǔ)償方法。利用數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)例和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)方法分析了當(dāng)前運(yùn)行配電網(wǎng)電容電流與常規(guī)無功補(bǔ)償?shù)膯栴},并給出分散固定與集中跟蹤解決方案。利用Matlab/Simulink對(duì)該方案進(jìn)行仿真校驗(yàn)。仿真結(jié)果表明,分散固定補(bǔ)償與集中跟蹤補(bǔ)償相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)治理10 k V不接地系統(tǒng)電容電流超標(biāo)問題是有效和實(shí)用的。同時(shí),該方案對(duì)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中的變電站和10 k V開閉所在無功配置方面具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of capacitive current exceeding the current standard accurately and effectively, a 10kV ungrounded system is proposed. This paper presents a method of reactive power compensation based on decentralized fixation and centralized tracking. The problems of capacitive current compensation and conventional reactive power compensation in current distribution network are analyzed by using data examples and mathematical statistics. The solution of distributed fixation and centralized tracking is given. The simulation results show that the scheme is verified by Matlab/Simulink. The combination of decentralized fixed compensation and centralized tracking compensation is effective and practical to solve the problem of capacitive current exceeding the standard of 10 kV ungrounded system. This scheme has certain guiding significance for substation in planning and design and reactive power configuration of 10 kV on and off.
