電壓暫降中相位因素對異步電機運行性能的影響

【摘要】:電壓暫降問題嚴重影響異步電機的安全穩(wěn)定運行,已成為備受關注的電能質量問題。為了獲得電壓暫降相位因素(相位跳變與暫降起始點)對電機運行性能的影響規(guī)律,建立了能夠模擬電壓暫降的電機仿真模型,以5.5 k W、55 k W和135 k W三種電機為例,系統(tǒng)地研究了電壓暫降中的相位跳變與暫降起始點對定子電流峰值、轉矩峰值、轉速及臨界清除時間的影響。結果表明,當暫降過程中計及相位跳變因素時,定子電流與轉矩峰值顯著增加,轉速跌落更加嚴重且臨界清除時間相對縮短;但暫降起始點對上述性能指標影響較小。以5.5 k W電機為例進行了仿真試驗對比,驗證了分析結果的正確性。
[Abstract]:Voltage sag seriously affects the safe and stable operation of asynchronous motor. In order to obtain the effect of phase factor (phase jump and initial point) of voltage sag on the performance of motor, it has become a concerned problem of power quality. The simulation model of the motor which can simulate voltage sag is established. Taking 5.5 kW 55kW and 135kW for example. The effects of phase jump and initial point of voltage sag on stator current peak, torque peak, rotational speed and critical clearance time are systematically studied. The results show that the phase jump factor is taken into account in the process of voltage sag. The peak value of stator current and torque is significantly increased, the speed drop is more serious and the critical clearance time is relatively shorter. However, the initial point of the sags has little effect on the above performance indexes. The simulation results of 5.5 kW motor are compared to verify the correctness of the analysis results.
