【摘要】:發(fā)展新能源及可再生能源是推動(dòng)世界新一輪經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的引擎之一,構(gòu)建智能電網(wǎng),形成以電為中心的能源配置體系,是推進(jìn)能源綠色低碳發(fā)展、保障能源可持續(xù)供應(yīng)的必由之路,是未來(lái)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要保障。本文面向國(guó)家?jiàn)W林匹克體育中心現(xiàn)有條件,開(kāi)展智能微電網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),旨在推動(dòng)合理利用光伏發(fā)電技術(shù)、儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)和依托通訊信息系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,提升奧體中心綠色、高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)的供用電水平。本文針對(duì)國(guó)家?jiàn)W林匹克體育中心進(jìn)行智能微電網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)從以下四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究:智能微電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的總體方案、光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、微電網(wǎng)配電自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。首先說(shuō)明了網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、光伏發(fā)電設(shè)計(jì)、儲(chǔ)能設(shè)計(jì)、智能配電設(shè)計(jì)4個(gè)子專(zhuān)業(yè)的方案設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),經(jīng)過(guò)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)方案的比選,確定了采用雙射網(wǎng)(開(kāi)閉所)的供電方案。同時(shí),對(duì)整個(gè)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了各部分的設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明,完成了智能微電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的總體方案。然后,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析三種不同的光伏配置方案,選擇出適合本設(shè)計(jì)的最佳方案,即分散式光伏設(shè)置、就地接入方案。以英東游泳館為例,充分考慮到室外電動(dòng)汽車(chē)充電的需要,設(shè)計(jì)了配合電動(dòng)汽車(chē)充電的光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng),包括光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、主要技術(shù)特點(diǎn)概括以及電動(dòng)汽車(chē)充電的電氣回路設(shè)計(jì)等,最后討論了光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的發(fā)電功率預(yù)測(cè)問(wèn)題,從而完成了整個(gè)光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。其次,分析了各種儲(chǔ)能設(shè)備的特性,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析,最終確定采用液流電池作為智能微電網(wǎng)的集中儲(chǔ)能方案,并完成了儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)。最后,詳細(xì)闡述了設(shè)計(jì)的微電網(wǎng)能量管理系統(tǒng)的主要功能和體系結(jié)構(gòu),將配電系統(tǒng)分成三個(gè)層次結(jié)構(gòu):系統(tǒng)主站層、系統(tǒng)子站層、系統(tǒng)終端層,并給出了各層的主要功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了整個(gè)配電自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)框圖的總體設(shè)計(jì)。本文設(shè)計(jì)案例充分展示現(xiàn)代信息、新材料技術(shù)、儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)和新的電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)等給電網(wǎng)帶來(lái)的巨大變化,奧體中心各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的優(yōu)化與自適應(yīng)自動(dòng)控制,園區(qū)電網(wǎng)將是一個(gè)更加安全、可靠、清潔、高效、經(jīng)濟(jì)的智能微電網(wǎng),這帶來(lái)了良好的示范效應(yīng),對(duì)于微電網(wǎng)的推廣,綠色能源、節(jié)能減排等理念的普及起到引領(lǐng)作用。
[Abstract]:The development of new energy and renewable energy is one of the world to promote a new round of economic growth engine, the construction of smart grid, the formation energy allocation system to power as the center, is to promote the green energy low-carbon development, guarantee the sustainable supply of energy is the only way which must be passed, an important guarantee for social development in the future. The existing conditions of the National Olympic Sports Center carry out intelligent planning and design of the micro grid, in order to promote the rational use of photovoltaic power generation technology and application of energy storage technology and automation technology based on communication and information system, enhance the Olympic Green, efficient, high quality power supply level. According to the National Olympic Sports Center planning and design of smart micro grid, conducts the research from the following four A: the overall scheme of smart micro grid planning and design, design of photovoltaic power generation system, energy storage system design, micro grid distribution Design of electric automation system. The network structure design, design of photovoltaic power generation, energy storage design, intelligent design points of design of 4 sub professional, after selection of grid structure scheme, the double shot (opening and closing) the power supply scheme. At the same time, the whole grid structure are described the design of each part, the completion of the overall planning and design scheme of smart micro grid. Then, through the comparative analysis of three different PV configuration, select suitable for the best program design, distributed photovoltaic setting, local access scheme. In Yingdong natatorium as an example, give full consideration to the needs of outdoor electric vehicle charging with the design of photovoltaic power generation system, electric vehicle charging, including photovoltaic power generation system structure, the main technical characteristics and general electric vehicle charging electric circuit design, the photovoltaic power generation is discussed. The prediction problem of power system, thus completing the design of the photovoltaic power generation system. Secondly, analyzes the characteristics of various energy storage devices, through comparative analysis, ultimately determine the concentration of the liquid flow battery storage as a smart micro grid scheme, and completed the overall design of the energy storage system. Finally, the main function of the micro grid energy management system design and system structure were described in detail, the distribution system is divided into three levels: system structure of master station layer, sub station layer, the terminal layer, and gives the main functions of each layer, to achieve the overall design of the distribution automation system diagram. This paper design case to show modern information new material technology, energy storage technology and the great changes of new power grid structure to the power grid, automatic control and adaptive optimization of all aspects of the Olympic Sports Center, the park will be a safer network All, reliable, clean, efficient and economical smart microgrid, which brings good demonstration effect, plays a leading role in the popularization of micro grid, the popularization of green energy, energy saving and emission reduction.
