【摘要】：分布式電源(DG)具有間歇性和隨機性特點,大量接入對電力系統(tǒng)存在一些影響,合理規(guī)劃分布式電源接入配電網(wǎng)的容量和位置,對解決分布式電源接入電網(wǎng)的影響具有重要意義。本文分析了DG接入位置和容量對配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃、可靠性和電能質(zhì)量等影響,考慮風(fēng)速和光照強度隨機性和DG出力的不確定性,建立了DG出力的隨機性模型,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)損耗降低和投資時間延遲產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟效益最大為多目標(biāo)函數(shù),計及電網(wǎng)安全運行約束,在分布式電源類型給定,個數(shù)和位置未知條件下,建立了選址定容優(yōu)化模型,給出基于改進粒子群算法的選址定容算法,采用IEEE14節(jié)點配電系統(tǒng)算例對模型與算法進行檢驗。本文模型與算法考慮DG系統(tǒng)隨機性,延緩電網(wǎng)建設(shè)投資效益等問題,與以往的選址與定容方法相比,本文提供了一種從擴容作用評價DG接入配電網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟效益以進行選址定容的新思路。
[Abstract]:Distributed power supply (DG) is intermittent and random, there are some influence of a large number of access to the power system, reasonable planning capacity and location of distributed generation access to distribution network, has an important significance to solve the grid connection of distributed power. This paper analyzes the DG access location and capacity of distribution network planning, reliability and quality. The electric energy, considering wind speed and light intensity of DG output randomness and uncertainty, a stochastic model of DG output, reducing investment and time delay to network loss of economic benefit as objective function, and the safe operation of the power grid in distributed power constraints, given the type, number and location of unknown conditions next, a location optimization model, this improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on location, the IEEE14 node distribution system examples are seized on the model and algorithm The model and algorithm consider the randomness of DG system and delay the investment benefit of grid construction. Compared with the previous location selection and constant volume method, this paper provides a new idea to evaluate the economic benefits of DG access to distribution network from location expansion to capacity allocation.
