【摘要】:高壓直流斷路器的斷口沿面絕緣性能失效已經(jīng)成為阻礙直流開(kāi)斷技術(shù)發(fā)展的主要難點(diǎn)之一,而目前對(duì)沿面放電的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展規(guī)律和放電模型研究還很不完善。該文基于二維自洽流體模擬,建立了N_2/O_2等離子體沿面放電模型,考慮帶電粒子的連續(xù)性方程和電子能量平衡方程,并耦合泊松方程求解。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)平板電極中放電由兩端向中間發(fā)展,累積的表面電荷極性與外加電壓一致。根據(jù)放電電流波形可判斷沿面放電的發(fā)展階段,其中電暈放電階段電流幅值小且穩(wěn)定,流注放電階段電流有小幅波動(dòng),火花放電階段出現(xiàn)電流激增。沿面放電發(fā)生在絕緣柱表面的薄層中,其中正、負(fù)空間電荷混合存在。并從沿面放電發(fā)展速度和表面電荷密度分布兩方面驗(yàn)證了該等離子體模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:The failure of break-edge insulation performance of HVDC circuit breakers has become one of the main difficulties that hinder the development of DC breaking technology. At present, the research on the dynamic development law and discharge model of discharge along the surface is not perfect. Based on the two-dimensional self-consistent fluid simulation, a discharge model of N _ 2 / O _ 2 plasma along the surface is established. The continuity equation and electron energy balance equation of charged particles are considered, and the Poisson equation is coupled to solve the results. It is found that the discharge in the plate electrode develops from two ends to the middle. The polarity of the accumulated surface charge is consistent with the applied voltage. According to the discharge current waveform, the development stage of the surface discharge can be judged, in which the amplitude of the current in the corona discharge stage is small and stable, and the current in the streamer discharge phase has a small fluctuation. In the spark discharge stage, the current surge occurs. The discharge along the surface occurs in the thin layer on the surface of the insulating column, in which positive discharge occurs. The negative space charge mixing exists and the correctness of the plasma model is verified from two aspects: the development rate of discharge along the surface and the distribution of surface charge density.
