【摘要】:感應(yīng)電機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、制造容易、運(yùn)行可靠等特點(diǎn),因此應(yīng)用廣泛。在感應(yīng)電機(jī)的損耗中,鐵耗占據(jù)重要部分,鐵耗的精確計(jì)算對(duì)于感應(yīng)電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用具有重要意義。準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算鐵耗能夠幫助電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)者選用合理的材料用量和冷卻手段,避免電機(jī)過熱,延長(zhǎng)電機(jī)使用壽命。同時(shí),目前國際能源問題日益嚴(yán)峻,而感應(yīng)電機(jī)消耗了電網(wǎng)很大一部分電能。因此,減小感應(yīng)電機(jī)的損耗、提高感應(yīng)電機(jī)的效率具有重要意義。本文針對(duì)變頻感應(yīng)電機(jī),研究脈寬調(diào)制(PWM)對(duì)電機(jī)的影響,并提出新的PWM斬波方式來減小變頻感應(yīng)電機(jī)的鐵耗。本文在廣泛閱讀國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了目前有關(guān)脈寬調(diào)制對(duì)電機(jī)鐵耗影響和計(jì)算變頻感應(yīng)電機(jī)鐵耗的文獻(xiàn)。接著,合理定義了電機(jī)內(nèi)各個(gè)損耗的概念,深入分析了當(dāng)下常用的電機(jī)鐵耗計(jì)算模型和脈寬調(diào)制方式,為后續(xù)研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。接下來,通過MatlabSimulink和Maxwell仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了幾種脈寬調(diào)制方式對(duì)感應(yīng)電機(jī)鐵耗的影響,并總結(jié)出了一個(gè)計(jì)算電機(jī)鐵耗的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式。最后,為了減小高速變頻感應(yīng)電機(jī)的鐵耗,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型雙逆變器與并繞繞組電機(jī)系統(tǒng)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)以及相應(yīng)的脈寬調(diào)制方法。相關(guān)的場(chǎng)路耦合時(shí)步有限元法的仿真結(jié)果表明,所提出的方法能夠有效減小高速感應(yīng)電機(jī)的鐵耗,提升電機(jī)的總體效率。
[Abstract]:Induction motor has the characteristics of simple structure, easy manufacture and reliable operation, so it is widely used. In the loss of induction motor, iron consumption occupies an important part. The accurate calculation of iron loss is of great significance for the design and application of induction motor. The accurate calculation of iron loss can help the motor designer to choose reasonable material and cooling methods to avoid overheating. At the same time, the international energy problem is becoming more and more serious, and the induction motor consumes a large part of electrical energy in the power grid. Therefore, the loss of induction motor is reduced. It is very important to improve the efficiency of induction motor. In this paper, the effect of pulse width modulation (PWM) on induction motor is studied. A new PWM chopping method is proposed to reduce the iron loss of frequency conversion induction motor. The influence of pulse width modulation on iron loss of motor and the calculation of iron loss of variable-frequency induction motor are analyzed. Then, the concept of loss in motor is defined reasonably. The current iron loss calculation model and pulse width modulation are deeply analyzed, which lays the foundation for further research. Next, the simulation experiments are carried out by MatlabSimulink and Maxwell. The influence of several pulse width modulation modes on iron loss of induction motor is studied, and an empirical formula for calculating iron loss of induction motor is summarized. Finally, in order to reduce iron loss of high speed frequency conversion induction motor. In this paper, a new topology and pulse width modulation method of double-inverter and parallel winding motor system are designed. The simulation results show that the coupled time-step finite element method is related to the field circuit. The proposed method can effectively reduce the iron loss of the high speed induction motor and improve the overall efficiency of the motor.
