【摘要】:安全殼噴淋泵是核電站安全殼噴淋系統(tǒng)的重要設(shè)備,其研發(fā)的技術(shù)難度大,附加值高,F(xiàn)有在役運行的產(chǎn)品多為國外品牌,總體方案多采用誘導(dǎo)輪帶多級單吸葉輪,水力效率不超過75%。隨著國內(nèi)核電市場的擴(kuò)大,研發(fā)一款技術(shù)先進(jìn)、性能指標(biāo)領(lǐng)先的安全殼噴淋泵,有著重要意義。同時,研發(fā)過程的分項課題攻關(guān),對于將來類似結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)也是關(guān)鍵技術(shù)儲備。本文結(jié)合安全殼噴淋泵的研發(fā)進(jìn)行的主要工作有:1.對安全殼噴淋泵在核電廠內(nèi)的應(yīng)用做了簡要介紹,并對國內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品的研究成果進(jìn)行了和總結(jié)。2.采用與國外產(chǎn)品不同的技術(shù)路線,開發(fā)了首級雙吸帶兩級單吸葉輪配碗形導(dǎo)流殼的水力方案,最高效率達(dá)84%,高效區(qū)寬,汽蝕余量滿足設(shè)計任務(wù)書要求。3.根據(jù)核二級泵的特殊要求完成了安全殼噴淋泵的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,采用立式筒袋式抽芯結(jié)構(gòu)方案,并針對熱沖擊工況和雜質(zhì)運行工況的特殊要求對轉(zhuǎn)子部件和軸封系統(tǒng)做了特殊設(shè)計,完成設(shè)計計算。4.利用Proe軟件完成了整泵的三維建模,并基于虛擬樣機(jī)進(jìn)行了重心計算、裝配干涉檢查等工作。5.利用數(shù)值模擬手段對泵在不同工況點的內(nèi)流場進(jìn)行了分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果檢查了流場內(nèi)部壓力分布和流態(tài),確認(rèn)了過流部件的型線,使得最終得到的水力方案滿足設(shè)計要求。6.針對包含SSE地震載荷的條件下的承壓邊界可靠性和轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了校核,作為設(shè)計計算的驗證手段。7.按照技術(shù)規(guī)格書要求,建造了工程樣機(jī),編制了樣機(jī)試驗大綱,并對工程樣機(jī)進(jìn)行一系列試驗,測試結(jié)果滿足技術(shù)規(guī)格書關(guān)于常規(guī)運行工況和特殊事故工況等預(yù)設(shè)工作條件的要求。針對本產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的部分專用試驗裝置可以在將來相似結(jié)構(gòu)的產(chǎn)品測試中使用。8.結(jié)合本產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)工作對后續(xù)類似泵的研究方向提出了展望。
[Abstract]:Containment spray pump is an important equipment of containment spray system in nuclear power plant. Its research and development is very difficult and the added value is high. Most of the products in service are foreign brands. With the expansion of the domestic nuclear power market, the development of a new containment spray pump with advanced technology and leading performance index is adopted in the overall scheme of induction wheel multi-stage single suction impeller with hydraulic efficiency not more than 750.With the expansion of the domestic nuclear power market, a containment spray pump with advanced technology and leading performance index is developed. At the same time, the research and development process of the sub-topic to tackle the key. The development of similar structural products in the future is also a key technical reserve. The main work of this paper combined with the research and development of containment spray pump is: 1.The application of containment spray pump in nuclear power plant is briefly introduced. The research results of the same kind of products at home and abroad are summarized and summarized. 2. The hydraulic scheme of the first stage double suction belt two stage single suction impeller with bowl-shaped diversion shell is developed by adopting different technical routes with foreign products. The maximum efficiency is 84, the high efficiency area is wide, and the cavitation allowance meets the requirements of the design specification. 3. According to the special requirements of the nuclear secondary pump, the overall structure design of the containment spray pump is completed. The vertical cylinder bag core-pulling structure was adopted and the rotor parts and shaft seal system were designed according to the special requirements of thermal shock and impurity operating conditions. The 3D modeling of the whole pump is completed by using Proe software, and the center of gravity is calculated based on the virtual prototype. The internal flow field of the pump at different working conditions is analyzed by numerical simulation. According to the analysis results, the internal pressure distribution and flow state of the flow field are checked, and the profile of the over-flow components is confirmed. The final hydraulic scheme meets the design requirements. 6. Check the reliability of the bearing boundary and the stability of rotor system under the condition of SSE seismic load. As the verification means of design and calculation. According to the technical specifications, the engineering prototype was built, the prototype test outline was compiled, and a series of tests were carried out on the engineering prototype. The test results meet the requirements of the technical specification for normal operating conditions and special accident conditions. Some special test devices designed for this product can be used in future product testing with similar structures. Combined with the research and development of this product, the future research direction of similar pumps is put forward.
