【摘要】:電機(jī)的附加損耗是指除去基本鐵耗、基本銅耗和機(jī)械損耗外的所有損耗,其數(shù)值大小影響著電機(jī)的效率與溫升。隨著社會(huì)各界對(duì)節(jié)能和環(huán)保要求的提高以及當(dāng)前國(guó)民生產(chǎn)生活中對(duì)電機(jī)的性能要求的提升,降低電機(jī)的附加損耗成為電機(jī)行業(yè)內(nèi)一項(xiàng)重要的研究目標(biāo)。潛水電機(jī)作為籠型感應(yīng)電機(jī)的一種,廣泛的應(yīng)用在搶險(xiǎn)防洪、農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉和生活供排水等重要場(chǎng)合。本文以干式潛水電機(jī)為例,研究了籠型感應(yīng)電機(jī)附加損耗與定轉(zhuǎn)子槽形之間的關(guān)系,并對(duì)以降低附加損耗為目標(biāo)的槽形優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了探討。主要工作內(nèi)容如下:(1)分析潛水電機(jī)的發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),尤其對(duì)潛水電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究和對(duì)比。探討電機(jī)附加損耗的研究狀況,對(duì)附加損耗的產(chǎn)生原因、影響因素、計(jì)算方法以及降耗措施進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析和總結(jié)。討論了通過優(yōu)化定轉(zhuǎn)子槽形來降低附加損耗的可能性和其優(yōu)點(diǎn)所在。(2)以1000kW,10kV的干式潛水電機(jī)為例,利用解析法和有限元法分別對(duì)其附加損耗進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的實(shí)例計(jì)算,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比和分析。(3)通過建立多個(gè)不同定轉(zhuǎn)子槽形和尺寸的電機(jī)模型,利用二維有限元法對(duì)其電磁場(chǎng)分布和附加損耗情況進(jìn)行分別計(jì)算,分析附加損耗與槽形及尺寸間的關(guān)系,并對(duì)其變化趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行擬合和預(yù)測(cè),以此尋找對(duì)應(yīng)于附加損耗最小的最優(yōu)槽形和最佳尺寸。(4)根據(jù)得到的附加損耗與定轉(zhuǎn)子槽形及尺寸間的關(guān)系,并考慮電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的其他要求,探索出一種新的槽形優(yōu)化方法,在不改變電機(jī)其他性能的基礎(chǔ)上使得電機(jī)的附加損耗降為最低。
[Abstract]:The additional loss of the motor refers to all the losses except for the basic iron consumption, the basic copper consumption and the mechanical loss. Its numerical value affects the efficiency and temperature rise of the motor. With the improvement of energy saving and environmental protection requirements from all walks of life and the improvement of the performance requirements of the motor in the current national production and life. Reducing the additional loss of the motor has become an important research objective in the motor industry. As a cage induction motor, submersible motor is widely used in emergency flood control. Taking dry submersible motor as an example, the relationship between additional loss of cage induction motor and stator and rotor grooves is studied in this paper. The optimization of grooves with the aim of reducing additional loss is discussed. The main work is as follows: 1) the development trend of submersible motor is analyzed. In particular, the structural characteristics of submersible motor are studied and compared. The research status of additional loss of submersible motor is discussed, the cause of additional loss and the influencing factors are discussed. The calculation method and the measures of reducing consumption are analyzed and summarized in detail. The possibility of reducing the additional loss by optimizing the stator and rotor grooves and its advantages are discussed. The additional loss of 10 kV dry submersible motor is calculated by using the analytical method and the finite element method respectively. The results are compared and analyzed. (3) by establishing many motor models with different stator and rotor grooves and sizes, the electromagnetic field distribution and additional loss are calculated by using two-dimensional finite element method. The relationship between additional loss, groove shape and size is analyzed, and its changing trend is simulated and predicted. According to the relationship between the additional loss and the groove shape and size of stator and rotor, the other requirements of motor design are considered. A new groove optimization method is developed to minimize the additional loss of the motor without changing the other performance of the motor.
