【摘要】:受國家環(huán)保政策和經(jīng)濟形勢影響,機組可利用小時數(shù)大幅下滑,提高機組寬負荷運行能力,控制大氣污染物排放勢在必行。文章以300 MW等級機組為例,提出了一系列將機組改造為高效寬負荷機組的設(shè)計思路。通過對方案的論證實施,可一定程度上解決部分負荷的高效運行和夏季最大出力需要的矛盾,以及部分負荷工況給水溫度偏低與脫硝要求最低給水溫度的矛盾。文章提出的改造思路對于當(dāng)前在役機組的寬負荷節(jié)能升級改造具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Affected by the national environmental protection policy and economic situation, the unit available hours fell sharply, improve the operating capacity of units wide load, imperative control of emissions of air pollutants. The level of 300 MW unit as an example, put forward a series of the unit transformation ideas for the design of efficient wide load unit. Through the implementation of the plan demonstration, the maximum the output of the contradiction and efficient operation of the summer to a certain extent to solve some of the load, and the contradiction between water supply and low temperature part load denitrification requires a minimum water temperature. The proposed modification thought has very important significance for the current wide load energy saving in service unit upgrade.
