【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,能源問題成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。LED作為節(jié)約型社會(huì)的產(chǎn)物,在照明行業(yè)發(fā)揮著其不可代替的優(yōu)勢(shì)。LED具有高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保、壽命長(zhǎng)、不易損壞等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。對(duì)于LED特殊的低壓直流驅(qū)動(dòng)方式,必須設(shè)計(jì)合適的驅(qū)動(dòng)電源。開關(guān)電源具有高效、體積小等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電源的首選。在LED照明中加入調(diào)光充分印了能源節(jié)約的主題。本文設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)光驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)主要為L(zhǎng)ED吸頂燈提供照明方案。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)吸頂燈好的調(diào)光效果,經(jīng)過對(duì)三種調(diào)光方式進(jìn)行比較,最后選取PWM調(diào)光方式。根據(jù)調(diào)光方案與輸出參數(shù)的要求,本文分別對(duì)控制電路與驅(qū)動(dòng)電路兩部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)?刂齐娐凡糠滞瓿奢敵稣伎毡瓤烧{(diào)的PWM信號(hào);驅(qū)動(dòng)電源部分完成減小電磁干擾、功率因數(shù)校正,降壓恒流等功能。控制電路以STC12C5620單片機(jī)為核心,結(jié)合紅外遙控技術(shù),通過軟件編程實(shí)現(xiàn)PWM信號(hào)的階梯性變化,從而平滑的調(diào)節(jié)輸出電流。驅(qū)動(dòng)電源以PT4107為主芯片,將接收到的PWM信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為對(duì)MOSFET的通斷控制,改變輸出電流的平均電流值。驅(qū)動(dòng)電源可以通過采樣電阻對(duì)輸出電流進(jìn)行采樣,并與芯片內(nèi)部基準(zhǔn)電壓進(jìn)行對(duì)比,從而調(diào)節(jié)PWM控制,使電流更平穩(wěn)。經(jīng)過最終調(diào)試與測(cè)試,系統(tǒng)性能滿足最初設(shè)計(jì)要求,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)0%-100%的無極調(diào)光。驅(qū)動(dòng)電源工作穩(wěn)定,完成性能指標(biāo),達(dá)到產(chǎn)品電源體積要求,為接下來的研發(fā)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, energy problem has become the focus of social attention. Led, as a result of energy-saving society, plays an irreplaceable advantage in lighting industry. Led has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. For the special low-voltage DC drive mode of LED, the suitable driving power must be designed. The switching power supply has the advantages of high efficiency and small size. The dimming drive system designed in this paper mainly provides the lighting scheme for the LED ceiling lamp. In order to realize the good ceiling light absorption, the dimming drive system is the first choice of the LED driving power supply. Dimming effect. After the comparison of three dimming modes, the PWM dimming mode is selected finally, according to the dimming scheme and output parameters requirements. In this paper, the control circuit and the drive circuit are designed respectively. The control circuit completes the output of the PWM signal with adjustable duty cycle. The driving power supply part completes the functions of reducing electromagnetic interference, power factor correction, lowering voltage and constant current, etc. The control circuit is based on STC12C5620 single chip microcomputer, combined with infrared remote control technology. The step change of PWM signal can be realized by software programming, and the output current can be adjusted smoothly. PT4107 is the main driver. The received PWM signal is converted to the on-off control of the MOSFET, and the average current value of the output current is changed. The driving power can sample the output current through the sampling resistor. And compared with the internal reference voltage of the chip to adjust the PWM control, make the current more stable. After the final debugging and testing, the system performance meets the initial design requirements. It can realize 0-100% dimmer. The driving power supply works stably, achieves the performance index, meets the requirement of power supply volume, and lays the foundation for the following research and development.
