【摘要】:傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)是保障火力發(fā)電廠正常運行的重要組成部分,為監(jiān)測、評估及控制火力發(fā)電廠設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)提供依據(jù)。然而,當(dāng)前我國火力發(fā)電廠仍普遍采用有線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò),存在建網(wǎng)成本大、維護(hù)復(fù)雜及可擴(kuò)展性差等問題,事實上,這些問題主要來源于有線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)無法回避的復(fù)雜布線。為解決上述問題,本文在火力發(fā)電廠引入無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)以代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的有線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò),在保證精確高效監(jiān)測設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)的同時,避免了有線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的布線難題。本文根據(jù)火力發(fā)電廠運行設(shè)備監(jiān)測特點,建立以子系統(tǒng)為監(jiān)測單位的分層分簇?zé)o線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò),并基于該分層分簇?zé)o線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò),深入研究了相應(yīng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型、監(jiān)測機(jī)制、故障檢測機(jī)制、傳輸協(xié)議、數(shù)據(jù)上傳機(jī)制及融合機(jī)制等,具體研究內(nèi)容如下所述:1.在深入分析火力發(fā)電廠功能架構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了以子系統(tǒng)為監(jiān)測單位的分層分簇?zé)o線傳感器模型;并基于該模型設(shè)計了運行設(shè)備監(jiān)測機(jī)制及傳感器故障檢測機(jī)制;2.基于本文所提出的分層分簇?zé)o線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,設(shè)計了面向子系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測的無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸協(xié)議;包括基于圖著色理論的分層分簇信道分配機(jī)制、基于優(yōu)先級的載波偵聽多路訪問/沖突避免傳輸機(jī)制、分層分簇傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)包類型及幀格式。3.基于本文分層分簇?zé)o線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,設(shè)計了面向子系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測的數(shù)據(jù)上傳機(jī)制及融合機(jī)制,包括分層多精度監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)上傳機(jī)制及基于決策庫的分層信息融合機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The sensor network is an important part to ensure the normal operation of the thermal power plant, to provide the basis for monitoring, evaluation of operation state and control equipment of power plant. However, the current coal-fired power plants in China are still widely used in wired sensor network, cost, and maintenance of complex problems, poor scalability in fact, complex wiring these problems mainly come from the wired sensor network can not be avoided. In order to solve the above problems, this paper introduces wired sensor network wireless sensor network to replace the traditional in thermal power plant, in order to ensure the accurate and efficient monitoring of the running state of the equipment at the same time, to avoid the routing problem wired sensor network. Based on the characteristics of thermal power plant operation monitoring equipment in order to establish hierarchical subsystem, monitoring unit cluster wireless sensor network, and based on the hierarchical clustering algorithm in wireless sensor network, deep Research into the network model, the corresponding monitoring mechanism, fault detection mechanism, transmission protocol, data upload mechanism and integration mechanism, the specific research contents are as follows: 1. after analyzing the functional structure of the thermal power plant, built in hierarchical subsystem for cluster based wireless sensor monitoring unit based on the model; the model is designed to run the equipment monitoring mechanism and sensor fault detection mechanism; 2. layer based on clustering wireless sensor network model, designed for system monitoring protocol of wireless sensor network protocol; including cluster channel allocation mechanism based on hierarchical graph coloring theory, carrier sense multiple access / collision avoidance priority the transmission mechanism based on hierarchical cluster data sensor network packet type and frame format of.3. based hierarchical clustering wireless sensor network model based on Design Data uploading mechanism and fusion mechanism for sub-system monitoring, including layered multi precision monitoring data upload mechanism and hierarchical information fusion mechanism based on decision base.
