【摘要】:采用自主設(shè)計的電接觸-高速攝像試驗系統(tǒng),在直流單分?jǐn)嗄J较聦冦y觸頭在電接觸過程中所發(fā)生的熔橋行為進(jìn)行觀測,從而在不同的電流條件下對電接觸過程中熔橋的形貌尺寸進(jìn)行研究,同時通過SEM對電接觸熔橋行為作用后純銀觸頭的表面進(jìn)行形貌分析。結(jié)果表明,在DC 10 V(8~20 A)條件下,純銀觸頭在電接觸過程中形成的熔橋有圓柱型和啞鈴型2種形貌,并且其尺寸為微米級;熔橋的直徑和長度都隨電流的增大而呈現(xiàn)出先減小后增大的趨勢,10~15 A范圍內(nèi)純銀觸頭在電接觸過程中不易形成熔橋,電接觸過程中電弧可能先于熔橋而產(chǎn)生,并且熔橋和電弧現(xiàn)象可以同時存在。
[Abstract]:Using the self-designed electrical contact-high speed camera test system, the melting bridge behavior of pure silver contacts during electrical contact was observed in DC single break mode. At the same time, the surface morphology of pure silver contact was analyzed by SEM under different current conditions. Under the condition of DC 10 V ~ (8) C ~ (20 A), the fused bridge formed in the electric contact process of pure silver contacts has two morphologies: cylindrical and dumbbell-shaped, and the size of the bridge is of micron order. The diameter and length of the bridge decrease first and then increase with the increase of current. The pure silver contact is not easy to form the fusion bridge in the range of 1015A during electric contact. The arc may occur earlier than the fusion bridge during electric contact, and the melting bridge and arc phenomenon can exist at the same time.
