【摘要】:近年來(lái),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)與分散控制系統(tǒng)受到人們的極大關(guān)注。針對(duì)電廠中出現(xiàn)的信息不能及時(shí)共享、不能實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控等問(wèn)題,基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)和分散控制系統(tǒng)開(kāi)展電廠生產(chǎn)分布式控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)課題,具體如下:本文首先介紹了課題的研究背景、目的和意義,對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述,通過(guò)對(duì)IEC現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線種類進(jìn)行分析,闡明了常用的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)及其優(yōu)點(diǎn),并闡述了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)對(duì)分散控制系(Distributed control system簡(jiǎn)稱DCS)發(fā)展的影響。其次進(jìn)行電廠的需求分析,對(duì)熱電廠生產(chǎn)工況進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單介紹,全面分析了電廠生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng)的基本組成。詳細(xì)介紹了DCS在工程實(shí)例中的應(yīng)用及課題實(shí)施過(guò)程,為了解決信息不能及時(shí)共享等問(wèn)題,利用工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了DCS系統(tǒng)與PLC系統(tǒng)的通信,搭設(shè)了全廠生產(chǎn)控制信息網(wǎng),建成生產(chǎn)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)分析系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),建立實(shí)時(shí)安全分析系統(tǒng)。最后進(jìn)行工程設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn),采用工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)及EPA現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)進(jìn)行循環(huán)水泵房設(shè)計(jì),使電廠各生產(chǎn)過(guò)程全面實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化,并在集控室、調(diào)度室分別對(duì)各生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,取消崗點(diǎn)人員,達(dá)到減員增效和安全生產(chǎn)的目的,此外還對(duì)整個(gè)電廠的經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化分析,提高了整個(gè)熱電廠的自動(dòng)化和管理水平。通過(guò)這套電廠生產(chǎn)分布式控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),為其他電廠的發(fā)展做了理論與實(shí)踐的鋪墊。
[Abstract]:In recent years, field bus technology and decentralized control system have received great attention. In view of the problems occurred in the power plant information can not be shared, not real-time monitoring, field bus technology and distributed control system to carry out the power plant distributed control system design based on the subject as follows: This paper firstly introduces the research background, purpose and significance of the topic, the status quo of the domestic and foreign research of field bus technology is discussed, based on the IEC field bus type analysis, the fieldbus technology and its advantages in common use, and expounds the fieldbus technology of distributed control system (Distributed control system referred to as DCS) development impact. Secondly, the demand analysis of the power plant is carried out, the production conditions of the thermal power plant are briefly introduced, and the basic composition of the power plant production control system is fully analyzed. This paper describes the application of DCS in engineering and project implementation process, in order to solve the problem of information can't be shared in time, realize the communication of DCS system and PLC system based on Industrial Ethernet, the erection of the information network of production control, built production real-time monitoring and analysis system design and implementation of real-time database, real-time security analysis system. The final engineering design and implementation, using industrial Ethernet and EPA fieldbus technology for circulating water pump house design, make the power plant the production process automation to realize, and in the control room, control room respectively to conduct real-time monitoring of the production process, cancel the post point staff, to achieve the purpose of safe production and downsizing, in addition to the power plant economic operation were optimized to increase the level of automation and management of thermal power plant. Through the design of the distributed control system for the production of the power plant, the theoretical and practical paving for the development of other power plants is made.
