【摘要】:自國網(wǎng)公司2009年提出建設(shè)“堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng)”以來,目前在國網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)已建成各電壓等級(jí)的新建、改擴(kuò)建智能變電站1500余座。隨著智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的快速推進(jìn),智能變電站已面臨大量的檢修的任務(wù),同時(shí)也面臨智能變電站擴(kuò)建、改建等工作需求。智能變電站網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的信息傳輸、設(shè)備間耦合度緊密、配置文件的應(yīng)用使二次系統(tǒng)檢修、擴(kuò)建和改造過程中設(shè)備間安全隔離困難,安全措施抽象化、復(fù)雜化,這給智能變電站的檢修、擴(kuò)建和改造工作帶來了極大的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),增加了實(shí)施難度;尤其是變電站改、擴(kuò)建過程中,站內(nèi)配置文件的變化,導(dǎo)致相關(guān)設(shè)備和回路受影響,影響范圍的確定和回路的驗(yàn)證困難,大大增加了檢修、擴(kuò)建和改造工作的實(shí)施難度。針對上述問題,本文對首先分析了國家電網(wǎng)公司典型的智能變電站繼電保護(hù)配置模式,并與常規(guī)變電站“明顯電氣斷開點(diǎn)”的安全措施技術(shù)相比,分析了智能變電站二次回路各種安全隔離技術(shù)的特點(diǎn);結(jié)合現(xiàn)場工程實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),闡述了智能變電站繼電保護(hù)現(xiàn)場作業(yè)時(shí)安全措施應(yīng)遵循的原則,并以典型的220千伏線路保護(hù)、500千伏主變保護(hù)間隔為例,闡述了在設(shè)備定校、缺陷處理等不同現(xiàn)場作業(yè)時(shí)所需的二次安全措施;在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了智能變電站擴(kuò)建策略和相關(guān)安全措施,并以杭州220千伏文津變改擴(kuò)建工程為例,驗(yàn)證改擴(kuò)建策略的正確性和相關(guān)安全措施的可靠性;最后,結(jié)合智能變電站智能終端改建工作,提出了智能終端改建技術(shù)方案,以最大程度減少因改建工程造成的一次設(shè)備停役時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Since the construction of "strong smart grid" in 2009 by the State Grid Corporation of China, there are more than 1500 smart substations newly built, expanded or expanded at all voltage levels in the State Grid system. With the rapid development of smart grid construction, smart substations have been faced with a lot of maintenance tasks, and are also facing the needs of expansion and reconstruction of smart substations. The application of information transmission equipment, intelligent substation network coupling between closely, configuration files make two system maintenance, expansion and transformation in the process equipment security isolation security measures difficult, abstract, complex, intelligent substation maintenance, the expansion and renovation work has brought great security risk, increased the difficulty of implementation; especially the substation renovation and expansion process, change station configuration files, related to equipment and circuit affected, and to determine the effect of loop range verification difficult, greatly increased the difficulty of maintenance, expansion and renovation work. Aiming at the above problems, this paper analyzes the typical national Power Grid Corp of intelligent substation relay protection configuration mode, and compared with the conventional substation technical safety measures "clear electrical disconnection point", analyzes the characteristics of smart substation secondary circuit two kinds of security isolation technology; based on the engineering practice experience, expounded the intelligent substation relay protection field work safety measures should follow the principle of taking the typical 220 thousand volt and 500 thousand volt line protection transformer protection interval as an example, describes the two safety measures required in equipment calibration and defect treatment of different field operations; on this basis, analysis of the expansion strategy of intelligent substation and the related security measures. Taking Hangzhou 220 thousand volt Wenjin change expansion project as an example, to verify the reliability and validity of the expansion strategy of relevant safety measures; finally, combined with the wisdom Can the substation intelligent terminal reconstruction work, put forward the intelligent terminal reconstruction technical scheme, in order to minimize the time of equipment shutdown due to the reconstruction project.
