基于新型骨架嵌擠原理的瀝青混合料設(shè)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:自瀝青混合料誕生以來(lái),因其優(yōu)異的性能表現(xiàn)而成為全世界高等級(jí)路面材料之一,隨著新交通環(huán)境的不斷變化,對(duì)瀝青混合料性能的要求也在不斷提高。骨架密實(shí)型瀝青混合料以高內(nèi)摩阻力的礦料結(jié)構(gòu)和適當(dāng)?shù)募?xì)料膠漿水平而具有出色的路用性能表現(xiàn)。論文總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì)理論及方法,基于法國(guó)GB5瀝青混合料設(shè)計(jì)的理論基礎(chǔ),提出適合我國(guó)篩孔的新型骨架嵌擠瀝青混合料設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)對(duì)比驗(yàn)證該方法的可行性。首先,就目前常用礦料級(jí)配理論和骨架密實(shí)型瀝青混合料礦料級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì)方法做了簡(jiǎn)單概述。針對(duì)最大密度曲線理論,借助分形理論在瀝青混合料領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,從計(jì)算公式參數(shù)取值上分析其相關(guān)性,并建立了他們之間的聯(lián)系。Superpave級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì)方法、美國(guó)貝雷法、CAVF法、SAC法和MDBG法均屬于骨架密實(shí)級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì)方法,其中,后4種設(shè)計(jì)方法的理論基礎(chǔ)為粒子干涉理論。其次,對(duì)法國(guó)GB5瀝青混合料及其設(shè)計(jì)方法做了系統(tǒng)介紹,分析了單一粒徑集料顆粒間的邊界作用和干涉作用,分析了礦料空隙比隨粗細(xì)集料粒徑比的變化規(guī)律,對(duì)GB5級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì)方法的公式進(jìn)行了解析。再次,基于法國(guó)新型骨架嵌擠理論和采用Superpave旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實(shí)儀制備試件,確定級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)參數(shù),提出設(shè)計(jì)骨架密實(shí)型瀝青混合料新方法。最后,選用優(yōu)質(zhì)玄武巖和SBS改性瀝青制備瀝青混合料,對(duì)比分析基于新型骨架嵌擠理論設(shè)計(jì)的GB5-13瀝青混合料和用傳統(tǒng)馬歇爾設(shè)計(jì)法獲得SMA-13瀝青混合料。借助室內(nèi)60℃車轍試驗(yàn)、單軸貫入試驗(yàn)、低溫小梁彎曲試驗(yàn)、浸水試驗(yàn)、凍融劈裂試驗(yàn)、單軸動(dòng)態(tài)模量試驗(yàn)和四點(diǎn)彎曲疲勞試驗(yàn)對(duì)兩種瀝青混合料做路用性能對(duì)比。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,GB5-13瀝青混合料礦料級(jí)配偏粗,瀝青用量小,密實(shí)度高,車轍試驗(yàn)和抗剪試驗(yàn)證明其高溫穩(wěn)定性較好,低溫抗裂性能比SMA-13瀝青混合料稍差,抗水損害水平高,應(yīng)變控制模式下的疲勞試驗(yàn)表明其勁度模量高,疲勞壽命比SMA-13低,其20℃-10Hz條件下的動(dòng)態(tài)模量較SMA-13高31%。綜上所述,基于新型骨架嵌擠原理的GB5-13瀝青混合料的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和綜合路用性能較好,具有一定的推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of asphalt mixture, it has become one of the high-grade pavement materials in the world because of its excellent performance. The requirements for the performance of asphalt mixture are also being improved. The skeleton dense asphalt mixture has excellent road performance due to its high internal friction structure and proper fine slurry level. The existing grade is summarized in this paper. The theory and method of matching design, Based on the theoretical basis of GB5 asphalt mixture design in France, a new design method of skeleton embossed asphalt mixture suitable for sieve hole in China is put forward. The feasibility of this method is verified by laboratory test. This paper gives a brief overview of the current mineral aggregate gradation theory and the design method of the mineral aggregate gradation of the framework dense asphalt mixture. According to the maximum density curve theory, the application of fractal theory in the field of asphalt mixture is discussed. In this paper, the correlation of calculating formula parameters is analyzed, and the relationship between them. Superpave gradation design method is established. The American Bayley method, CAVF method and MDBG method both belong to the skeleton dense gradation design method. The theoretical basis of the latter four design methods is particle interference theory. Secondly, the paper systematically introduces the French GB5 asphalt mixture and its design method, and analyzes the boundary action and interference between single particle size aggregate particles. Based on the analysis of the variation of the void ratio of mineral aggregate with the particle size ratio of coarse and fine aggregate, the formula of GB5 gradation design method is analyzed. Thirdly, based on the new skeleton extrusion theory in France and the Superpave rotary compaction instrument, the specimens are prepared. The basic parameters of gradation design are determined, and a new method of design framework dense asphalt mixture is put forward. Finally, high quality basalt and SBS modified asphalt are selected to prepare asphalt mixture. The GB5-13 asphalt mixture designed based on the new skeleton embossing theory and the SMA-13 asphalt mixture obtained by the traditional Marshall design method are compared and analyzed.
