從中美規(guī)范比較探討橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)抗震體系

中國和美國都即將推出新一代的橋梁抗震設(shè)計規(guī)范。經(jīng)過多次修訂的美國橋梁抗震規(guī)范是一套真正意義上的基
于性能要求的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范,代表了未來結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范的發(fā)展方向。(AASm'O橋梁抗震指南》中第一次明確提出了合理抗震體系的概念,并且通過傳力路徑上的抗震單元以及位移限制和連接措施保證了抗震體系基本特征的實現(xiàn)。從美國規(guī)范中汲取經(jīng)驗、吸收先進的研究成果,并對我國的規(guī)范進行適當?shù)男抻喓驼{(diào)整是有著重要意義的。本文在對兩本規(guī)范中與橋梁抗震體系相關(guān)內(nèi)容進行分析比較的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對合理抗震體系的特征和各組成部分進行系統(tǒng)剖析,以期闡明橋梁抗震體系的合理設(shè)計,并為我國新抗震規(guī)范的修訂以及橋梁工程師的抗震設(shè)計提供參考!娟P(guān)鍵詞】橋梁;抗震規(guī)范;抗震體系;抗震單元;位移限制和連接措施;AASHTO[中圖分類號]

1引言計規(guī)范》(JTJ0047.89)已表現(xiàn)出越來越多的不適應(yīng)性。目前,《公路橋梁抗震設(shè)計規(guī)范》正在修訂中,已完成征求意見稿(以下簡稱為“中國抗震規(guī)范”),對現(xiàn)行規(guī)范做了大量修改,而且在抗震設(shè)計思想和方法上都有很大的變化。今年我國發(fā)生了5.12汶川大地震,無疑會加速這一版規(guī)范的頒布。而工程抗震理論和技術(shù)一直處于世界領(lǐng)先地位的美國,最近也根據(jù)NCHRP《r11le
