武漢理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文各種避讓措施下DCPA與TCPA的變化規(guī)律及最佳避讓方案研究姓名:翁建軍申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):交通信息工程及控制指導(dǎo)教師:譚箭20040501各種避讓措施下DCPA與TCPA的變化規(guī)律及最佳避讓方案研究摘要船舶避讓的優(yōu)化方案研究是目前船舶避碰領(lǐng)域的前沿課題,優(yōu)化方案的確定對增進船舶避讓安全和提高經(jīng)濟效益有十分重要的意義,它為建立船舶避碰專家系統(tǒng)和海上智能交通管理系統(tǒng)打下了理論基礎(chǔ)。本文的研究工作主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾方面:1、在眾多的碰撞危險度的評估方法中確定一種以DCPA及TCPA為評價因子的船舶碰撞危險度的評價方法,在現(xiàn)有計算方法的基礎(chǔ)上,通過考慮船舶會遇局面及來船舷角使DCPA和TCPA的量綱得到統(tǒng)一,從而用同時考慮DCPA及TCPA的方法較正確地計算碰撞危險度,以達到評價避讓方案是否最佳的目的。2、確定影響避讓效果的十大因素,將其產(chǎn)生的影響以行動時機提前量來消除。3、將船舶會遇局面按國際海上避碰規(guī)則所劃分的交叉相遇局面、對遇局面、追越局面三種局面分別討論DCPA和TCPA及其變化規(guī)律,結(jié)合船舶碰撞危險度評價并確立最佳避讓方案。4、將交叉相遇局面作為本文的研究重點,對遇局面和追越局面可以視作交叉相遇局面的特殊情況來處理。5、通過對已有的雷達避碰的各種方案的綜合分析,確定~種最佳的雷達避碰方案,應(yīng)用于交叉、對遇、追越三種局面,從而確定在某個特定會遇局面中應(yīng)采取何種措施,是轉(zhuǎn)向?減速?還是兩者結(jié)合。6、對~種特殊的會遇情況:位于轉(zhuǎn)向不變線或其平行線上的來船的DCPA和TCPA的變化作分析,探討出“轉(zhuǎn)向忌諱角”的求取方法,在避碰方案中應(yīng)避免使用“轉(zhuǎn)向忌諱角!痹诙啻茏寱r,如采取一次轉(zhuǎn)向行動讓清所有船舶,則該理論的應(yīng)用將使避碰方案更加完美。7、對駕駛員的避碰行為作調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(交叉相遇),得出駕駛員在交叉相遇局面中的行動幅度和行動時機(距離)的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),得到行動幅度和行動時機的平均值,對“最佳方案”進行修正。8、提出了避讓方案進行優(yōu)化的原則和優(yōu)化途徑。通過本文的研究,為優(yōu)化避讓方案提供了一種優(yōu)化方法和思路,它將有益于海上實船避碰。關(guān)鍵詞:DCPA TCPA碰撞危險度優(yōu)化避讓方案各種避讓措施下DCPA與TCPA的變化規(guī)律及最佳避讓方案研究AbstractThe study of Ship Collision Avoidance Optimization Scheme is the forward taskof the field of Ship Collision Avoidance at present.The determination of the schemeof Collision Avoidance is significant to navigational safety and to increase theeconomic benefits,which supports the theoretical foundation to the establishment ofCollision Avoidance Expert System and Intelligent TIa茁c MIS.The research works of this paper can be mainly demonstrated in the followingaspects:1 New model of Dangerous Degree of Collision Avoidance(DDCA)wasstudied to determinate the best scheme of collision avoidance;2 Ten factors,which affect the avoiding effect,were discussed in details;3 Changing rules of DCPA and TCPA were discussed,according to theInternational Collision Avoidance Rules at Sea,under the following threecircumstances:Cross situation,Head on situation,as well as 0vertake situation;4 To focus the discussion on Cross Situafion.The Head on situation andOvertake situation Call be regarded as aspecial case of Cross Situation;5 Through prehensive analysis of all kinds of schemes,to determine abest scheme of Radars Collision Avoidance,which may be applied to the followingthree circumstances:Cross Situation,Hend Oil Situation as well as Overtake Situation,thus to take any measures to alter course.slow down or slow down with alteration;6 Throu曲the analysis of a special situation,to study the method how tocalculate the range of dangerous angle of Collision Avoidance;7 Through the statistics of action of Collision Avoidance.to find out the rules oftaking actions to revise the‘'Best Scheme”;8 The principle and method of optimization are presented.Keywords:DCPA TCPA DDCA OptimizationScheme of Collision Avoidance11武漢理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文第1章緒論1.1 DCPA及TCPA簡介1.1.1 I)QPA及TCPA的含義‘DCPA是Distance ofclosest point ofapproach的英文縮寫,即兩船會遇時的最近會遇距離,在相對運動雷達上,其大小為從圓心到他船的相對運動線的垂直距離,單位為海里(n mite),其中CPA為最近會遇點即垂足。TCPA是Time of closest point of approach的英文縮寫,即兩船會遇時達到最近會遇的時問。其表達方式一般有兩種,一種是相對時間,即從第一次觀測他船的時刻起算,單
