【摘要】：本綜述涵蓋了涉及納米材料液相合成的主要反應(yīng),將沉淀法、還原法、晶種生長法、刻蝕法等傳統(tǒng)策略分為自下而上和自上而下兩個(gè)基本過程.主要集中討論了納米晶成核與生長(尤其在液相體系中)的基本機(jī)理和原則.本文也預(yù)測了如何利用這些納米合成的基本規(guī)律去構(gòu)造所需的具有特定結(jié)構(gòu)的、功能性的納米結(jié)構(gòu).在合成納米科學(xué)中,如果研究人員可以熟練掌握主要反應(yīng)機(jī)理、抓住基本技術(shù),便可以用更直接、有效的方法去控制納米晶的結(jié)構(gòu).
