立方體咪唑骨架衍生CoFe合金納米粒子嵌入N-摻雜石墨化碳中用于鋅空氣電池放電反應(yīng)(英文)

目前,貴金屬鉑被認(rèn)為是性能最優(yōu)異的氧還原催化劑,但是其昂貴的價(jià)格、有限的儲(chǔ)量制約了其大規(guī)模應(yīng)用,因此制備具有高催化活性和穩(wěn)定性的過渡金屬基催化劑迫在眉睫.在本工作中,我們構(gòu)筑了一種CoFe合金納米顆粒嵌入到N-摻雜石墨化碳納米結(jié)構(gòu)中的復(fù)合材料(CoFe/NC)作為氧還原催化劑.我們首先制備了ZIF-67納米立方體,再利用離子交換法在其骨架中引入Fe2+形成CoFe-ZIF前驅(qū)體.通過在惰性氣氛下煅燒得到CoFe/NC催化劑.由于鈷、鐵及氮摻雜的協(xié)同作用, CoFe/NC-0.2-900催化劑(在900°C下煅燒摻雜0.2 mmol硫酸亞鐵的CoFe/NC)表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的氧還原性能,尤其是極限電流密度(6.4 mA cm-2)遠(yuǎn)高于Pt/C(5.1 mA cm-2).采用CoFe/NC-0.2-900和NiFeP/NF(負(fù)載在泡沫鎳上的NiFeP)分別作為放電和充電反應(yīng)催化劑組裝的可充電鋅空氣電池,與傳統(tǒng)的Pt/C+RuO2/C催化劑組裝的電池相比,具有較低的充放電電壓差、較大的功率密度和更優(yōu)異的循環(huán)穩(wěn)...
