利用近場(chǎng)增強(qiáng)超快激光對(duì)天然蠶絲進(jìn)行微納加工(英文)

桑蠶絲因具有突出的力學(xué)性能、優(yōu)異的光學(xué)特性和良好的生物相容性而備受關(guān)注.但目前尚缺乏對(duì)單根天然蠶絲進(jìn)行納米級(jí)加工的手段,因而限制了蠶絲在納米工程等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用.本文利用局部近場(chǎng)增強(qiáng)超快激光在蠶絲表面實(shí)現(xiàn)了納米級(jí)加工,并進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)了納米孔、納米槽的制備以及對(duì)蠶絲的精密切割.形貌和成分測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,該方法在不破壞蠶絲關(guān)鍵分子結(jié)構(gòu)模塊和原有功能的前提下實(shí)現(xiàn)了最小寬度僅為64 nm橢圓孔的加工.此外,本文還將超快激光加工的蠶絲用于微納顆粒、藥物輸運(yùn),預(yù)示了本方法在生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用前景.本文所報(bào)道的近場(chǎng)增強(qiáng)超快激光加工方法不僅可用于蠶絲的納米級(jí)加工,也有望在其他材料上實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度、可控制備功能性納米結(jié)構(gòu).
