微波法制備硫/膨脹石墨復合材料及其鋰硫電池性能(英文)

采用簡單的微波輔助的方法成功制備了硫/膨脹石墨復合材料。膨脹石墨可以用作鋰硫電池中陰極的微型容器及集流體。通過控制硫與膨脹石墨的配比成功控制了復合材料中硫顆粒的大小。當硫與膨脹石墨的比例為10∶1時,可以得到相對較均勻的硫顆粒。同時研究了不同條件下所制樣品的鋰硫電池性能。結(jié)果表明,硫的含量與硫顆粒的大小對鋰硫電池的容量非常重要。當硫與膨脹石墨的比例為10∶1時,在0.1C放電速率下,復合材料具有最高的放電容量1 020 m Ah·g-1。
