一鍋煮串聯(lián)合成方法在熒光碳點(diǎn)識(shí)別基團(tuán)調(diào)控中的研究(英文)

二氨基脲嘧啶作為前驅(qū)體,經(jīng)兩步串聯(lián)反應(yīng)制備了兩種具有不同配體結(jié)構(gòu)的熒光碳點(diǎn)(CDs)。X射線(xiàn)光電子能譜與紅外光譜分析揭示了兩種碳點(diǎn)的配體結(jié)構(gòu)特征。第一步所得的碳點(diǎn)(CDHB)具有尿嘧啶結(jié)構(gòu)典型的氫鍵給體—NH和受體—C=O基團(tuán)特征。發(fā)射光譜表現(xiàn)出具濃度依賴(lài)性的波長(zhǎng)紅移特點(diǎn),同時(shí)該碳點(diǎn)對(duì)銀和汞離子具有很強(qiáng)的親和特性。第二階段在堿性水解條件下,CDHB尿嘧啶配體易于轉(zhuǎn)化為氨基和羧基等水溶性基團(tuán)。該碳點(diǎn)(CDZW)在水相中沒(méi)有任何聚集行為,也沒(méi)有發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)濃度依賴(lài)特性。同時(shí),作為熒光傳感器,CDZW顯示對(duì)金屬鎳離子具有特異性熒光猝滅?傊,可調(diào)控的結(jié)構(gòu)特征與傳感特性驗(yàn)證了一鍋串聯(lián)反應(yīng)合成碳點(diǎn)的有效性,為碳點(diǎn)的可控合成提供了新的合成范式。
