二維納米材料異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的原子間相互作用模型(英文)

近些年二維納米材料得到大量的研究,其中一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)研究方向是將不同的二維納米材料堆垛成納米異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)多功能的納米器件.這些二維納米材料可以從面外和面內(nèi)兩個(gè)方向上進(jìn)行堆垛從而形成兩類不同的異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu).在關(guān)于這類二維納米材料及其異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的理論研究中,原子間的相互作用起到類似于連續(xù)介質(zhì)力學(xué)中本構(gòu)關(guān)系的作用.因此學(xué)者提出了多種方案用于描寫原子間相互作用,主要包括第一性原理計(jì)算和經(jīng)驗(yàn)勢(shì)能模型等.本文主要是對(duì)比和分析各種描寫二維納米材料及其異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的常見經(jīng)驗(yàn)勢(shì)能模型,從而為研究人員選擇相互作用模型提供一些參考.
