黃銅包純銅絞線復合材料拉拔過程中橫截面結(jié)構(gòu)、顯微組織和力學性能變化(英文)

對采用固/液連鑄復合成形工藝制備的外徑8.5 mm黃銅包覆純銅絞線復合坯進行拉拔加工,研究拉拔過程中復合材料橫截面結(jié)構(gòu)、組織和力學性能的變化規(guī)律與變形機制。結(jié)果表明:復合坯具有良好的表面質(zhì)量和冶金結(jié)合的黃銅/純銅界面,斷后伸長率達到53.1%。拉拔過程中,純銅絞線與黃銅包覆層的協(xié)同變形程度較高。隨著總變形量的增大,純銅絞線發(fā)生塑性變形流入各純銅線之間構(gòu)成的三角弧形間隙區(qū),當總變形量增大至50%時,三角弧形間隙區(qū)被純銅填滿。隨著總變形量增加至63%,純銅絞線內(nèi)部先后產(chǎn)生位錯胞、條狀微晶帶等組織;黃銅包覆層內(nèi)部先后形成平面位錯網(wǎng)、相互交叉的形變孿晶和切變帶,主要變形機制依次為位錯平面滑移、形變孿生和剪切變形機制。復合材料的抗拉強度由鑄態(tài)的240 MPa增大到總變形量63%的519 MPa,而斷后伸長率由鑄態(tài)的53.1%降低到3.2%。"固/液連鑄復合成形→拉拔"短流程加工方法可適用于制備高速鐵路貫通地線用黃銅包覆純銅絞線復合材料。
