具有改善電導(dǎo)率和堿穩(wěn)定性的含八柔性側(cè)鏈陽離子結(jié)構(gòu)的陰離子交換膜(英文)

增加陰離子交換膜(AEMs)親水段中柔性側(cè)鏈陽離子的局部聚集度有助于改善膜材料的性能.然而,受結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)策略和合成方法的限制,親水鏈段局部含有四個(gè)以上柔性側(cè)鏈陽離子結(jié)構(gòu)的AEMs還鮮有報(bào)道.為有效提高AEMs的離子傳導(dǎo)率、堿穩(wěn)定性和尺寸穩(wěn)定性,我們報(bào)道了一系列親水鏈段局部含八個(gè)柔性側(cè)鏈陽離子的聚芳醚砜AEMs.對所制膜材料(PAES-8TMA-x)的結(jié)構(gòu)、離子交換容量(IEC)、吸水率、尺寸溶脹、堿穩(wěn)定性和氫氧根電導(dǎo)率進(jìn)行了研究分析,還系統(tǒng)比較了不同類型AEMs的結(jié)構(gòu)與性能之間的關(guān)系.IEC值為1.76–2.76 mmol g-1的AEMs表現(xiàn)出較全面的優(yōu)良性能,其60°C時(shí)的氫氧根電導(dǎo)率在62.7–92.8 m S cm-1,尺寸溶脹在8.3%–15.8%.代表性的PAES-8TMA-0.35樣品,在90°C的2 mol L-1Na OH中浸泡480 h后,IEC和氫氧根電導(dǎo)率分別可保持初始值的82.9%和79.6%.本研究工作延伸了局部含高密集柔性側(cè)鏈陽離子結(jié)構(gòu)AEMs的設(shè)計(jì)和制備方法,并為新型高性能AEMs材料的研制...
