PbTaSe 2 拓?fù)浔砻鎽B(tài)誘導(dǎo)的向列超導(dǎo)電性(英文)

通過平面內(nèi)磁場轉(zhuǎn)角的電阻和點(diǎn)接觸譜的測量,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)擁有Dirac節(jié)點(diǎn)線的拓?fù)洳牧螾bTaSe2中超導(dǎo)能隙存在明顯的二重對(duì)稱行為,低于PbTaSe2六角晶格結(jié)構(gòu)的對(duì)稱性,表明向列超導(dǎo)電性的存在.這種二重對(duì)稱性會(huì)一直持續(xù)到表面超導(dǎo)的上臨界場Hc2R,盡管體超導(dǎo)在體上臨界場c2RH<<Hc2R以上已經(jīng)被抑制.該結(jié)果表明二重對(duì)稱行為起源于表面的向列超導(dǎo)電性.同時(shí),在測量的精度范圍內(nèi),磁場轉(zhuǎn)角比熱的數(shù)據(jù)也并沒有觀測到體超導(dǎo)的各向異性.值得注意的是, PbTaSe2的向列超導(dǎo)電性與拓?fù)涑瑢?dǎo)候選材料CuxBi2Se3有所不同,后者的二重對(duì)稱行為來自于體態(tài)超導(dǎo).結(jié)合理論分析,本文認(rèn)為PbTaSe2的向列超導(dǎo)電性可能起源于其拓?fù)浔砻鎽B(tài)形成的拓?fù)涑瑢?dǎo)態(tài)而不是體態(tài)超導(dǎo)的近鄰效應(yīng),該理論預(yù)言PbTaSe2<...
